It's been few days since that...and I can't get Hamdan off my head...this sucks...as he has been texting me, I kept the conversation to minimum...this fluttering, flopping , thumping feeling doesn't seem to go away so I resort to my go tooption of distraction. I switch on my laptop and click the distraction file. The file contains 4 pictures (^^) I chant the names while deeply and slowly inhaling and exhaling. "Jon, Ian, Michael. Exhale.... Jon, Ian, Michael inhale.....Jon, Ian, Michael...." I continued to chant for friggin 10 minutes but bloody Hamdan's face kept popping up especially that time when spoke in the car and I had rejected him.
