The house was quiet so I figured Kyra was at Jordan's and Deon was at work.

"No lani. No scratching" I said. I think I'll make spaghetti for dinner I said to myself.

"I'm home. I brought groceries" Kyra yelled from downstairs

We talked until the time ran out and I cooked and waited for Deon to get home.
