New Start, New Life (Dolan twins) part1

Terrified *1*

breathing is an eternity away from what comes after the life between your lungs. It's Sunday night and i'm terrified, I had just moved from Hawaii all the way to New Jersey and tomorrow is my first day at a new school.

" At this point it's hopeless Rachel, I mean I'm going to a new school in the middle of the school year with no friends, no siblings, and no idea on how these haoles act. I'm extremely paranoid as of right now." , I said anxiously walking around in my room on my phone

"Well think of it this way you only have 5 more months of school and then boom! You're done with the school year and I get to come visit you and your mom for the summer.", Rachel replied

I sighed " 5 months is a long time!"
"True but it is a shorter time than the whole school year"
"Yes, but remember I also have another year of high school after these 5 months, ugh! I wish you were here with me", I groaned
"I wish I was there too." she said sadly "rachel lets go!" her mom yelled in the background. "Gotta go I'll talk to you later kay?"
"Yeah" I said disappointed
"Love you, bye." she said hanging up
I sat on my bed nervously, I then slowly laid in bed and stared at the ceiling making up different scenarios in my head on how tomorrow might go. And all of them were terrifyingly horrific. I slowly closed my eyes and tried to remember my family and friends I left behind. Then i quietly said to myself. "Just be you" I sighed then drifted off into a deep sleep.

"Nana!", My mom screamed from downstairs. My light grey eyes opened quickly i turned my body rubbing my eyes checking the clock it was 7:01am I got up slowly and sat at the edge of my bed groaning.
"Hurry up so I can drop you off and then go to work", my mom continued
I groaned louder this time
"That's not going to get your clothes on faster", she said sarcastically
I got up grabbing a grey Crop top sweater (the same color as my eyes) with the words "not for everybody" on it and high waisted jeans, with my white adidas and started getting ready.

AN HOUR LATER

We arrive to the front of the school. It's my first day of school and i'm already 2 minutes late i quickly said my goodbyes to my mom and got out of the car running to the front office. The lady at the front desk told me that there was someone already waiting for me to arrive to show me to my classes and around the school.
"Hi, I'm Lily", a perky girl with golden curls said to me holding her hand out
"Hi I'm-"
"Kiana Hartley, yeah you're the first new person I've ever met at this school. It's extremely rare to have new students here like..... Ever." She said shaking my hand
I looked at her amazed as we started walking down the hall
"Wow! It's that rare." i replied
" yeah",she said.
"And Ana is fine."
"okay", we continued walking down the hall and then we reached the classroom
"Okay here we are this is your history class and after this class just go down this hall and turn to the right and your class should be the first one on the left."< Lily said
"You're not coming in with me?" I asked
"No I only have two periods and luckily this is one of my free periods, but don't worry i'll make sure to keep up with you on your first day." she said waving goodbye and walking back to the main office. I paused on the side of the door, and took a deep breath. I then grabbed the door and swung it open cautiously.
