Well this is just great. and if you're wondering yes, I'm being sarcastic. I am literally in a compromising position. After Grayson told me he liked me. he said that I didn't have to respond that just telling me was enough for him and if Ethan was the one I chose he would be happy for us both. then he left the car. I couldn't bring myself to move. I just sat in the passenger's seat gazing at the dashboard. I didn't know what to do, I like both Grayson and Ethan but I also don't want to get in the middle of their brotherly bond, they were so great together I just wanted to be apart of their life. Just not like this. I had finally gotten out of the car and walked to the front of the house, but I brought myself to a halt. I had stared through the window where I see Graysons arm around Ethan's shoulder as they smiled and laughed, I smirked it warmed my heart to see them together and happy. And even though nothing happened between any of us I somehow felt so guilty. So I turned myself around and walked home, I didn't want to ruin them, so I didn't.

THAT NIGHT

"So what are you going to do?", Rachel asked on the other line

"I'm going to do what I think is best for all of us.", I replied

"Which is?"

"To not get in the way. Rachel you should see them it's like an amazing connection they have. It kinda reminds me of....", I stopped and realized

"Like you and Ellie?', Rachel finished

"Yeah.", I said with a tear rolling down my cheek as I started to breathe heavily

"Hey, it's okay I miss him too.", She comforted

*DING*

"What was that?", She asked

I checked my phone it was another message from Grayson

"It's the twins. They've been blowing up my phone all night."

"Maybe yous should talk to them.", she suggested

"I don't thin-"

The doorbell rang
"Hold on Rach.", I say

I sprinted down the stairs and walked up to the door. I searched through the peephole but no one was there. I open the door and Grayson popped his head out from the side as he was leaning against the wall.

"Oh my gosh. Don't ever scare us like that again.", Grayson sighed hugging me

"Uh Rach I'll call you back.", I said hanging up the phone

"Why didn't you answer any of our texts?", Grayson asked

"I just needed some time to think.", I said

"Oh and you didn't bother telling me or Ethan,? We all know it's not safe here because of Zach', He said angrily

"Yeah I uh probably should've told you guys I left.", I realized, (<I'm such an idiot>)

"Well now we have to go stop Ethan. We've been so worried we thought something happened to you.", Grayson said

"Wait what do you mean stop?", I  questioned

"Well uhm we thought that you disappearing for a couple of hours was a little suspicious and we thought that Zach was trying to get revenge-",

"Oh no we have to go.", I say sprinting towards the car

As Grayson followed right behind me. I couldn't believe Ethan was actually doing this, I had just hoped that he wasn't going to get himself into trouble. Or in worse cases. hurt
