A few hours *12*

Ethan's P.O.V.

It's been a few hours since we found out what actually happened to Kiana, I was shocked that Grayson didn't even know what actually happened, but we're all back at the house in the basement. Grayson decided to put on a movie, we are all on the floor our backs leaning against the couch in three separate blankets and our eyes on the screen. Kiana sits in between Grayson and I, Her eyes still swollen and her face vague. I don't know why Grayson even put a movie on to be honest, three minutes in he fell asleep and soon after so did Kiana. She leaned her head on my shoulder, her eyes closed and her mouth in a frown. I had just starred at her wanting to do more, wanting to be more. I examined her for awhile and I held her tight. She looked so helpless it broke my heart, and not even realizing it we were cuddling as she wrapped her arms around me. It felt so natural, and I didn't take my eyes off of her, not knowing the movie was finished I soon snapped out of my daze as she started to move frantically, then she started talking

"I love you...", she whispered with a tear rolling down her cheek

"I love you too", I said back to her even though she was still asleep.

I then grabbed the remote and turned the T.V. off and picked her up, and laid her on the couch as I brushed her hair away from her face. I grabbed the blanket and tucked her in.and grabbed a pillow for Grayson and looked back.

"I don't know what I would do without you.", I whispered

And for just a little longer I stared hoping she would wake up and say the same thing back to me, but she didn't and I gently kissed her forehead and went back on the floor and fell asleep.

THE NEXT DAY

I wake up to the most amazing smell, I opened my eyes immediately. I KNEW it was pancakes, I get up and turn my head. Grayson was still on the ground next to me sleeping like a dog, I turned around and noticed that Kiana wasn't on the couch anymore. I woke Grayson up quickly

"Dude! Why are you waking me up?", He screamed putting his head back in the pillow

"Where's Kiana?", I asked

He lifted his head back from the pillow and looked around, his eyes barely open.

"I don't know." he replied "What's that smell?"

"I think it's breakfast.", I replied

We both got up and dragged ourselves up the stairs into the kitchen. Kiana was making breakfast, there was a ginormous stack of pancakes and a plate of bacon and eggs on the side. She turned away from the stove with the pan still in her hand and she jumped at the sight of us.

"Oh!", she laughed "sorry I decided to make breakfast your mom said to help myself to whatever was in the fridge." she rambled placing a few more pancakes down on the plate

"Wow! Thanks.", I say

"Yeah Oh my God. Ethan and I love pancakes.", Gray said

As we both sat down at the island in the middle of the kitchen.

"So how did you sleep?", I asked hoping she didn't remember what happened last night

"I slept fine.", she lied "How did you both sleep?", She asked placing our plates down in front of us.

"Oh! We slept fine.", Gray spoke

She turned the stove off and sat in front of us.

"Wait so you guys have like telepathic dreams? That's so cool. "she joked

We all laughed and continued eating it was a great morning. After breakfast we all decided to go to the mall, because we didn't make it yesterday, but we had to go to Kiana's house first so she could get ready. Then we were off. Surprisingly the mall wasn't that bad, Grayson was smiling more than he did in a long time, it warmed my heart. We saw a couple of fans and we headed down to the food court. Grayson got up to use the bathroom and it was just me and Kiana for a while. I realized this was the perfect time for me to say something to her, she laughed so beautifully and her eyes drove me wild.

"Hey I uh.. Need to tell you something.", I spit out

"Shoot.", She said sipping her drink

"Well I know we've only know each other for a little while, but I really like you.", I say

She giggled "I like you too Ethan."

"No" I say again as she lifted her light gray eyes to my face. " I Like you Like you, like more than a friend."
