Hello again :D here's another update for you guys xD pleaaasee comment!!!

Explosions lit up the city. We were a safe distance away, but still we can feel the ground shake as the bombs go off, dropped by military planes and helicopters.

I clutched Robynne closer—she was shaking. I looked for Chris and Jerri, and I saw them standing by the gate. They were with an unfamiliar person—a blonde guy that seemed to be older than us about a year or two. “Chris!” I yelled as I ran toward them, “Jerri! Why the hell are they doing that?”

“I don’t know,” Chris yelled back, “Maybe the city got overrun! Aren’t there still people there? Do you think they’ll bomb us, too?”

Somewhere more bombs went off.

“The planes are coming from the other side of the city!” Jerri raised his voice as well to be heard over the explosions. “If they’re bombing the city even though there’s still people in there, they might bomb us, too!”

“Everyone!” I screamed, “Kill all the lights and stay behind the front wall! They won’t see us if they fly by quickly!”

“Shouldn’t we go inside?” Cody yelled.

“I’m not sure!” I yelled back. “We could get trapped if they do bomb us! They could also mistake us for zombies if we stay out in the open!”

“The wall offers no protection Lilac!” Aubrey shouted. “It’s easier to escape a building than escape an explosion!”

“Good point!” I yelled at her. “Come on, let’s go kill the lights!”

We rand to switch off all the lights, and within a few moments, Kammer Academy was in total darkness.

Once we were all inside, I shined my phone’s light at everyone. “Are we all here?” I asked, panting a little.

Several ‘yeah’s’ were heard.

For a while, we stayed downstairs and waited out the explosions. Hours later, the bombings have stopped, thankfully none hitting Kammer. When everyone seemed to have calmed down, Chris spoke up.

“Hey guys,” he began, “I’d like you all to meet Kain Urban.” He then gestured to the guy in the orange hoodie.

“Um, hi,” he said. “I’m Kain, seventeen. I came from the city.”

I heard a few gasps.

So he managed to get away from the city.

“Hello, Kain,” I shook his hand. “I’m Lilac Ride. Could you fill us in with what’s happening out there?”

“Yeah, dude,” Ryan agreed. “If we haven’t seen our teacher get eaten, we wouldn’t have known what was happening.”
