Chapter 5 - Thrown Offtrack

"But I don't seem to understand how it's possible, Ciel." Francesca said tapping her chin in thought. "Who could've killed Lenore if all guests were present in the main hall? Sebastian and Hiro know that for a fact."

"It seems to be either there was an imposter or it was one of your loyal workers, cousin." Alexander said.

"It's more likely being an imposter. I doubt any of those idiots would kill someone just for the sake of it. Yes, I had a bad feeling about Lenore but she wasn't trying to uncover anything so I deemed her as a zero threat." Ciel replied.

"It's all very mysterious." Francesca added.

"Would you like some tea, sirs and Madame?" Sebastian asked with his famous closed eye smile.

The three 17 year olds nodded and Sebastian poured tea into three cups.

"I'm surprised Scotland Yard aren't here yet." Ciel muttered taking a sip of the tea.

"In case you've forgotten, dearest Ciel, I'm part of Scotland Yard so there's no need." Francesca smiled.

"Ah, yes; Quite right." Ciel stood up. "This is going to be a difficult base to solve."

"Apparently there was a detailed silver broach stolen from Lenore. It had the letters 'EF' engraved in the back if that helps at all." Alexander said.

"Sebastian, this is an order, find the broach."

Lotti ran around to find the suitable person to hide the broach on. See if she hadn't of changed anything then eventually she would've been blamed for the murder and Lotti couldn't let that happen.

"Hm. Playing the murderer, are we?"

Sebastian's voice filled Lotti's ears. She froze in her spot and pouted.

"Fine. Yes. I killed that idiotic girl." Lotti admitted.

"She wasn't idiotic. At least, not to the extent you're probably thinking of. Did my love get jealous?" Sebastian smirked as he suddenly embraced Lotti from behind.

"N-No."

"Ah, so you did." Sebastian whispered. "I suppose you'll have to be punished. Later. First I have to complete my orders would you care to pick someone to place the broach on?"

"That girl there. Emily. I've hated her all my life. No exaggeration."

"As you wish."

Hiro walked aimlessly around the town. For the first time in his life he had decided to carry a cane along with him.

Truthfully, he wanted to fulfill his needs and desires and was looking for a suitable partner.

Just as he turned a corner a younger lady bumped into him. He helped her up and smiled before introducing himself.

"Sorry about that, miss, I'm Hiro." He said leaning forward pecking both her cheeks. "And who might you be, beauty?"

"Olivia. And would there be a reason to why you're out at this time? You're one of them rich folk, wouldn't you much rather be relaxing in your own home?" She questioned, suddenly she pulled on Hiro's jacket so he was face to face with her. "Answer me?"

"A man has certain needs, Olivia." Hiro smirked. "Needs only a select few can take care of if done correctly."

"I could take care of those needs, mister Hiro." Olivia replied. "That is, if you don't mind sleeping with a commoner?" She raised her eyebrows expectantly. Her bright green eyes shining in the moonlight.
