Chapter 6 - Insane?

"I did it again! Sebby's going to kill me! Why did I let it get this far?! Dammit!" Lotti cursed then suddenly punched the mirror in her room. "Wait! I shouldn't of done that! It's suspicious. Argh. This is getting out of hand."

"What's getting out of hand?" Hiro asked as he leant against the doorframe. "It's not like you to go punching things out of frustration."

"Yeah, well, a lot of things are happening at the moment." Lotti sighed.

"Hm? Like what exactly, dear?" Hiro stepped into the room and folded his arms.

"I can't tell you. You'll hate me." Lotti sat on her bed and crossed her legs.

"I could never hate you, dear."

"I'm a murderer, Hiro. Yes, I know it's in our nature but by doing this I'm disobeying the contract I have with the young master." Lotti buried her face in her pillow and screamed.

"Maybe a massage would relieve stress? All you have to do is stop killing people. The yard nor Ciel will track the murders back to you so let that Lotti disappear." As Lotti was laid on her stomach Hiro climbed on top of her and began working his hands across her back.

"I like this Hiro better." Lotti mumbled. "The Hiro that isn't a pervert." Lotti paused, "Actually, I'm a little concerned for your health. Or is it because you've found a lucky lady? Hm? Spill!"

"You're the one I love, dear." Hiro chuckled. "This position gets me a little excited."

"Yeah, I can feel your excitement on my bum. Get off." Lotti groaned.

Suddenly Hiro was shoved off Lotti harshly by Sebastian. He looked a little angry. Hiro groaned and rubbed the back of his head before standing up.

"Filthy butler." Hiro scoffed and exited the room.

"What was all that about, my love?" Sebastian's eyebrows were raised.

"Oh, nothing." Lotti wafted her hand in the air and forced a smile. "Better get back to work."

"WHAT HAVE I TOLD YOU ABOUT BRINGING CATS INTO THE MANOR?!" Ciel yelled.

"They're Devine creatures, young master." Sebastian replied as he held a cat in his arms.

Ciel sneezed repeatedly and Francesca shooed Sebastian out of the room. She smirked.

"You weren't kidding when you said you were allergic." She giggled.

"Never mind that." Ciel sighed. "I take it you'll be joining me on the ship then?"

"Most certainly, Ciel." Francesca replied. "It's something that perks my interest greatly,"

"I can't say I disagree." Ciel stood up and walked around his desk to stand beside Francesca. "I have to say you're the first woman I've met to have the same interests as myself. It's quite rare."

"Really? I'm surprised. I always expected you to already be engaged and whatnot." Francesca smiled warmly.

Neither of them knew how but they were suddenly stood in front of one another, looking into each others eyes contently all while holding hands.

Then they both began to lean forwards until they lips were joined in a kiss.

Lotti had cracked, she had gone a little crazy about killing people.

A demon blade was held firm in her hand as she paced around the manor with Sebastian following quickly behind her. Her eyes were glowing brightly.

"Lotti! I've been looking for you." Hiro grinned. "I have a gift for yo-" before Hiro could finish the demon blade was shoved right through his lower abdomen. Hiro coughed up blood as Lotti pulled out the sword. The purple haired nobleman fell to the ground.

Sebastian managed to pry the blade from his lovers hand and tossed it across the room. Sebastian then spun Lotti around to face him. He had one option but he really didn't want to do it.

He'd have to exchange some of his demonic power with hers to make her stable.

By now, Ciel, Francesca, Mey-Rin, Finnian, Baldroy and Tanaka were around the situation.

Sebastian would have to do it discretely to stop the workers from finding out his true identity.

It quickly became chaos as Finnian, Mey-Rin, Baldroy and Tanaka were rushing around trying to help Hiro.

Lotti fell to the ground once the process was complete and Sebastian helped Hiro, after all, he was the only one who knew what to do.

Lotti awoke a few hours later with no memory of the recent event. Ciel was stood by her bed looking angry. His tapped his foot on the ground then Lotti turned her head to see Sebastian stood at the other side looking worried.

"What on earth do you think you're doing?! What was going through your mind?!" Ciel demanded answers but Lotti had no idea what to say - she didn't know anything about it.

"What... what are you talking about?" Lotti brushed her hair out of her eyes. Ciel glanced over to Sebastian then the butler nodded.

"I'm talking about how you almost killed Hiro!" Ciel yelled. It was as though a lightbulb had been turned on inside Lotti's brain. She jumped up then ran down the hall, she knew where Hiro would be.

She burst through the door and ran towards the bed. Hiro was laid comfortably in the bed. His hair messier than usual and he seemed to be asleep with faint breaths escaping through his slightly parted lips.

"Oh god!" Lotti cried. "Hiro, I'm so sorry!" She gently lifted his hand and kissed his knuckles. "You're never going to forgive me for this." She whispered. "I may as well be dead."

"I really do hate you, y'know." Grell stood on the window ledge holding his death scythe over his shoulder. "I'll like you more when you're painted red."

"I'll kill you for what you did to my eye!" Lotti said with a determined tone. She stood up after carefully setting Hiro's hand down onto the bed.

Grell swung his scythe round cutting a little of Lotti's hair. Lotti jumped up and kicked Grell in the back of the head.

"You're a vile beast doing that to my precious Hiro!" Grell said loudly as Lotti just missed one of his attacks to her leg.

"It's not like I meant to do it! It was almost as if I were possessed!" Lotti argued this time Grell dodged her attack.

"That's no excuse for hurting someone who cares so deeply about you!"

Lotti froze as Grell's death scythe dug into her shoulder cutting her dress. Blood poured down her arm as the reaper pulled out his weapon. He then opted to punch Lotti in the face and kick her around. Grell was about to kick her in the face once more when Sebastian stepped in. Lotti sat on the ground with her top half showing, she didn't seem to care though.

Sebastian twisted Grell's leg then the reaper retreated almost instantly. Sebastian glared at Grell.

"Leave now." Sebastian ordered.

Grell rolled his eyes and smirked before rushing over to the bedside and stroking Hiro's purple hair. Only then did he leave.

"Why did you not defend yourself?" Sebastian questioned.

Lotti completely ignored Sebastian and began talking, "As soon as he wakes up I'm going to do whatever he likes, he deserves that much after I almost murdered him."
