*Emma's P.O.V*
We arrived at the hotel and he got checked in and went up to his room.
"What time do you need to be home?" Shane asked me
"I don't really think I have to go home, my dad won't care. I will call him though. Maybe he will be sober enough to actually talk."
Shane gave me a grin, that cute cute side grin.
I called my dad and he answered, for once.
"Hey dad, do you mind if I stay the night at my friends house tonight?"
"Sure Emmakins, just be home tomorrow by 5."
"Are you feeling okay?"
"Yes, why?"
"You haven't called me Emmakins since.... Well you know... Mom..."
"I know I'm just trying to get my life back together."
"Oh well, okay!... I love you daddy." I said really softly.
"Love you too baby girl!"
After I hung up I was in tears, Shane came up to me and saw me crying.
"What's the matter?"
"My dad..." I said softly
"What did he do?"
"He's trying to get his life back together for me." I was really crying right now.
*Shane's P.O.V*
I was hugging her and we pulled apart and were inches away from each other and I started to lean in to kiss her...
