*Emma's P.O.V*
*Skipping the boring car ride.*
As we pulled up outside Shane's house I started to worry. What if she doesn't like me, what if I have to live in those stupid dorm rooms, what if Shane breaks up with me because his mom doesn't like me.
Shane must have have been reading my mind because he grabbed my hand and squeezed it and said,
"She's going to love you. There is nothing to worry about." he said calmly
"Okay, let's get our stuff." I said trying not to worry any more than I already am.
We got all of our stuff and made our way to the door. Jarid opened the door and I hear barking.
"Mom, we're home." Shane yelled
His mom walks into the entrance and immediately hugs Shane,
"I've how are you Shane?" She asks
"I'm fine. Have you met Emma?"
"I have not, Hello Emma nice to meet you!" She says shaking my hand
"Hi, nice to meet you too Ms. Dawson." I say shyly
"Oh please call me Teresa." she says
Her and Jarid start a conversation about what dog food would be healthier for Charlie. Shane grabbed my hand and he took me up to his room.
"This is my room and down the hall to the right is your room." Shane said
"Uhm, I was wondering of I could sleep in here with you?" I said kind of sheepish.
"Yeah, sure. I'd like that." he with excitement in his voice.
After that we went back out to Jarid's car to get his and my suitcases.
I just realized that all of my furniture and stuff was in my room.
"Hey shane..." I yelled
"Yes Em!" he yelled back from the kitchen
"All of my furniture is in my room." I said waking down the stairs making my way to the kitchen
"Well you can sleep and hang out in my room and when you need to get dressed or shower you can use your room." he said
"Okay thanks. So, watchya doin?" I said
"Just about to feed the dogs." he said
"Okay cool. I'm going to unpack." I said with a sarcastic enthusiasm
A/N
I said I was going to try to update on yesterday but I was just so busy. So whatya guys think?? omg I just realized the TFIOS plays in theaters in 6 days!! I'm so excited!!
