*Shane's P.O.V*

I jolted up from my pillow and looked beside me. Emma was still laying on my bed from the night before.

I looked at the clock, it read 6:36 am. I should probably go back to sleep. But as much as I wanted to I couldn't, all that kept replaying in my head was Emma on the edge of her tub cutting deep into her wrists. Before I knew it there were tears flowing freely down my cheeks.

"I'm sorry Emma, sorry that I cheated, sorry I put you through hell, sorry I didn't come after you. I'm just sorry, I guess you don't know what you got 'til it's gone." I whispered

I laid back down and fell asleep quickly after.

*Emma's P.O.V*

"I'm sorry Emma, sorry that I cheated, sorry I put you through hell, sorry I didn't come after you. I'm just sorry, I guess you don't know what you got 'til it's gone." I heard Shane say

I could tell something was wrong by the way his voice sounded. He sounded sad about something, but I didn't know why. I guess I will find out later.

I got up to go to the kitchen to eat something, when I got in the kitchen I looked at the clock and it read 6:48 am, shit I forgot about that meeting I had at 8.

I left Shane a note and left.
