THE GUARDIAN OF THE NEXUS (POWER RANGERS NINJA STEEL ROMANCE)

CHAPTER TWO (PART 2) 2ND EDITED

The Warrior Dome was silent, soaring through the darkness of night. With only Kudabots in the control room, keeping watch of the ship.

Alina was setting her long-awaited plan into motion in one of the many corridors. It's to get the Prism off this ship. It was a very difficult decision to make due to leaving Brody, Mick, and Redbot. Yet as the Guardian of the Nexus, it's Alina's destiny to protect it.

She evaded all the cams, whilst pushing the Nexus Prism on a cart covered by a blanket.

Yet unexpectedly, Alina gets ambushed by Galvanax, Ripcon, and many Kudabot. As he's so furious, smacking her across the face and abusing her by saying she'll be nothing like her mother. Lastly, he orders Ripcon to take Alina back to the cells.

Ripcon pulled Alina back to her cell, where Brody was wide awake standing against his cell bars. He was very worried for Alina, as he sees her being pushed into her cell with no fight in her.

Once Ripcon left the cells, Alina just fell to the floor feeling tears fall from her eyes. But Brody could see her fallen tears, so he left his cell and ran into Alina's cell.

He walked up to Alina, asking her "What happened Alina?"

Alina looked up at Brody, happy to see a familiar face she held so deep in her heart. Alina stood up, wrapping her arms around Brody with her face hidden into his chest, silently crying.

Brody was surprised and happy at the same time. He was afraid to reveal his feelings to the girl at the beginning. But with this public display of affection, all of Brody's fear went away. To calm Alina's nerves, Brody whispered sweet words into her ear.

After she calmed down, Alina looked up at Brody and stayed in his arms.

"I was trying to get the Prism off the ship, but I got ambushed by Galvanax and his goons."

"What!! Why didn't you tell me?" Brody asked.

Alina answered, burying her face into his chest. "that doesn't matter Brody, Gosh I'm so alone."

"Hey look at me" Brody ordered, as he grabbed Alina's face which forced her to look at him sternly.

"you will never be alone because I promise to get you, the Nexus Prism, Mick, and Redbot off this ship. Also, there's something I want to confess to you" Brody revealed. All Alina did was nod, then Brody added "ever since from the beginning, I have fallen deeply in love with you."

Alina became shocked to what he said, but came to realize she was falling in love with him as well.

"Same with me, Brody. I have thought and loved you since the day you came aboard this ship."

As Brody did is signature wide smile, he kissed Alina softly but passionately and she kissed him back.

From that moment on, Alina and Brody's relationship would be remembered as the greatest love of all time.
