The reality is that being sad is okay,
But letting yourself fall back into that state of constant emptiness, isn't.
The pressures on your chest mightn't lift for awhile but don't let it hold you back.
If things start to stress you out, no matter what anyone else says, it's okay.
It's okay to acknowledge the fact that you need a breather, but don't ignore it. Step away from the things causing problems and give yourself time away from them, give your mind and body time to recuperate.
