Super powers

Prompt: We all say that having super powers would be so cool but would it really?
Honestly that's up to you.

Nova hated a lot of things, heights, low grades, long and boring lectures that held the purpose of making you feel bad about yourself. But right now topped all of it. You see Nova had fallen down a rabbit hole of responsibility and confusion. Just yesterday she was the top student of her whole school. Yet last night changed that, she had awoke to the sound of sizzling before open her eyes to a world of color, keep in mind it was twelve o'clock at night. Her gaze followed the blues and reds. Her mind worked it full gear as it tried to figure out what this meant, but it was no good and she soon fell asleep do to pure exhaustion.

Today there was knocking at the door long hard bangs that echo around the house like fireworks exploding with every sound. The color had changed back to the ones that she new so well. Rolling out of bed with a grunt she walked over to the door open it before another bang could sound. There stood a man tall build with glasses that screamed danger.

"Are you miss Nova steam" he asked, his tone masked with the stereotypical no nonsense of a government agent.

"Yes... why did something happen"I don't know why my own voice sounded foreign maybe it seem to strange that this dude knew my name.

"You need to come with us miss steam" he said in a tone of demand.

Nova sat there wondering what would happen if she declined if she turn and ran.

"You need to complete us miss stream or else" his voice sounded again this time harsher.

"and if I don't"

"Well good night"

Nova's world went black
