It was a average day, the sun was out and the clouds hung over the mountains like a halo. But for Sterin (ster-in)it felt like every step he took will lead to this doom.

Last night his friends had dared Sterin to spend a whole day and a whole night at the Fallen lake.

Now Fallen lake had many rumors around it. Some say to avoid the lake at night. Others say avoid the lake all together

"It's cursed" they cry.

Now Sterin did not believe any of this. But somehow he was terrified of heading to this lake, maybe he should of listen to that fear...

The lake was now in sight and the fog which had already passed back in town, covered the lake like a blanket of foreboding. Something seem off about this place and nothing could quite describe it. Each tree seemed like a monster, each sound was deep and grumbled. He walked around for a little hoping the fog would clear up. But it never did the world just got darker and darker.

It was now night at least from what Sterin could tell, the fog still blanketed the lake, but now everything was different he felt like he was being watched, each step he took was uncomfortable. Then he heard it a uneasy sound that was unmatched to his steps. He wanted to run but his legs seem to stop. Maybe it was just a friend playing a prank this mind raced. He turned. When he saw it, all he could do was scream...
