Assassination Mission

~2 years later~

Seems like time just flies by for me living in the soul society. Even if I'm working some of the captains were nice enough to train or spar with me in their spare time especially Byakuya and Kenpaichi. Heh, those two are fun and they know what my limits are and we stop when I can't go on any further. Those are the only two captains I'll really go all out on.

Byakuya has been nice enough to let me use his sixth squad barrack gardens to allow me to relax from the day. He doesn't mind my company cause I'm not loud or annoying. He's actually nicer to me than other soul reapers he speaks to on a regular basis like the head captain or Renji to name a few. But...it has caught Aizen's attention more and more which I really don't care. He seems jealous at times from the expression on his face and questions me whom I've told him countless times its none of his business, I have every right to hang out with whom I choose.

I let out a sigh relaxing on the fifth squad barrack roof, it was my break for about half an hour so at least I'm able to do whatever. That is until I saw a hell butterfly in front of my face and held out my hand as it landed on my fingers, 'Captain Aizen and his lieutenant Shizuki should report to the head captain right away.' Then the hell butterfly flew off after playing the message.

"So much for my break..." I mumbled in annoyance.

I soon flash stepped to the head captain's office as Aizen was there waiting for my arrival. We both saw the old man walk towards us with a stern and serious expression on his face, "we've heard of some rouge soul reapers in the forests near the soul society and there planning on an invasion. I want you two to find these rouge soul reapers, kill them and bring their zanpaktous here so we can properly dispose of them. Understood?" Aizen and I nodded our heads in response as we soon left to flashstep to our room to get ready.

It wasn't before we had what we needed and left the barracks to head to the large doors out of the soul society. I kept to myself as we headed to our destination but I could tell Aizen had his eyes on me as he shook his head.

It wasn't long until it started getting dark out and we were on the outskirts of the Rukongai district. Luckily for us there was an inn nearby so we decided to stop and rest. The inn keeper gave Aizen the key, and annoying enough it was the suite so I guess we rested up in comfy beds.

That is if I had my own bed to sleep in...

I let out an annoyed groan, "did you plan this?"

He gave me a confused look as he got settled in putting his pack he carried on the small couch nearby, "no? I thought it would be a better room to be in then the other ones they had here."

"As long as we get something to eat and rest up I'm not gonna complain about it unless you rather punish me. I'm practically an adult now and I'm not a kid anymore." I mentioned getting situated with having my comfy clothes out which was a black tank top with sweatpants which is my normal attire for sleeping in.

There was a playful look in Aizen's eyes, "Oh? You're an adult now, I forgot."

I had a sweat drop form as I can tell he wants to press my buttons tonight, "you're not gonna start this Sosuke..."

He knows I get annoyed easily especially when he teases me like this, "start what?" he asks innocently then grins turning towards me and walking forward slightly then stops a few feet away.

I growl slightly then drop my pjs on the bed and tackles him which ended up with me on top of him on the floor as he let out an 'oof!' sound, "would you knock it off!"

He chuckles a bit then fixes his glasses then leans over to look into my eyes, "and why should I? This is pretty comfortable Shizuki-chan."

My face warmed up as there was a hint of seduction in his voice. Before I can reply he gently placed his forehead against mine and smiled, "Sosuke, what are you--?"
