'hey'
a soft voice woke her up from her sleep. she opened her eyes seeing jack johnson confirming what she remembered wasn't a dream. 'it's actually great knowing this is not a dream' she mumbled before yawning.
'no i'm real. hundred percent.' he said
'well mister, i think that's something an unreal person would say.' she said making both laugh.
'back to why i woke you up, they are going to serve drinks.' he smiled again. that smile she dreamed to see with her own eyes. like she had taken the clue, the hostess came with the trolley.
'do you want anything?' she asked. jack looked at the girl who has been sitting next to him for the past hour.
'i will get coffee.' she said and turned to her idol, the boy she dreamed to meet for a long time.
'i will have just water.' the lady nodded and poured the water. she, than poured hot water and handed her Nescafé. 'thank you' she said while mixing her coffee.
'have a nice flight.' the lady said before taking the trolley and going away.
'as i said before, i would like to know you better.' jack tried to get the girl to talk. she wasn't one of the fans that shouted, screamed when they saw him. she didn't ask for a photo in the second she saw him. he liked this girl.
'well i'm 18 first of all. i have a little brother who is turning one this month.'
'that's a lot of age difference.' he said. he was left with confusion when her smile fell down a bit. the smile shone again seconds after.
'i have a sister who is twenty.'
'as hobbies;i like to draw, as you saw' she laughed 'i play piano but i'm not that good.'
'i am not american nor coming from somewhere that english is spoken. but my mum always had english or american friends so it was easy for me to learn english. when i graduated, which was like two weeks ago I decided to tour around the world. just a bit for the summer holiday.'
she wasn't a type of girl who opened to everybody anybody. but oddly enough she felt close to jack edward johnson. jack johnson, a famous boy, felt close to he girl too. something about her made her special.
'i live with my mum, and that's all about me. you see, i'm not special.' she ended with a chuckle. her head still spinning from the chance of this being a dream.
'well i'm jack edward johnson, I was born on the twenty forth of march. i'm nineteen years old, i'm making music with my best friend jack. i'm from omaha, but of course you knew all of that .'
she laughed quietly to herself. 'you're a boy from omaha with better hair than me.' she said.
'you know what may? i think we will be friends.'
'i will be honored. '
'actually i think i am the one to be honored. not just that, i would be happy.'
he didn't and would never understand how much that words meant for her. she wasn't that type of girl who had many friends, who was popular. no. she was actually the opposite of that. she had just one friend. she never talked to anyone on the break time. she read books.
she was the weird nerdy girl that nobody liked.

     until he came.
