When I woke up I had a pounding head ache. I groaned and shook Ozzy to wake up. "Good morning." He said and gave me a sleepy smile. I sent him one back and did my hair and got changed, like usual. He got up and did the same. "Lets go get Daisy." I said and walked out the door as he followed. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw Daisy's door open and a guard walking out. "Hey is everything okay?" Ozzy asked the guard. "It's none of your business." The guard gave us a serious look. "She's our friend! It is our business." I shouted at the guard and walked a step closer to him. He walked closer to me too and I grew in fear. Ozzy shook his head at me and looked at the guard. "Come on Darry. We really care about her." Ozzy said and looked over Darry's shoulder to peak in the room. Darry stepped out of the way for us to see Daisy laying on the ground as someone checked her blood pressure. Tears immediately fell from my eyes. 'No! This can't be happening.' I ran over to her and so did Ozzy. "Hey Ozzy." The lady said, who was checking on Daisy. "Hi. Is she okay? What's going on?" Ozzy asked, breathing heavily. "We don't know. While Robert was checking if everyone was out of their room Daisy was still sleeping. She won't wake up." I put my arm on Daisy's and leaned closer to her. "Why does Robert care so much if she's alive or not?" I asked. She sighed and answered. "Well first off my name is Callie." She smiled and I stared at her. She cleared her throat and continued. "He cares so much because he doesn't have time to find a new contestant. If he loses her he will have to keep you guys here longer." My jaw dropped and I looked at Ozzy. I continued to cry as I stared at Daisy. Callie felt Daisy's heart and smirked. "It's beating normally again." She looked at both Ozzy and me and smiled. We smiled back and helped her carry Daisy back to her bed. "She won't be able to train for a few days, maybe a week or so." Callie said to Robert. "Eh I don't care. As long as she ain't dead." He walked out of the room and back to his Office. "Wanna come back to our room?" I asked Callie. She nodded her head and we walked back to the room.
When we got back we all sat on the bed and I got to know Callie. "I'm a nurse and a fashion designer. I make your guys outfits for the competition and help with things like that." She motioned her finger towards Daisy's room. "That's cool." I said and nodded. I told her a little about me and Ozzy talked a little about himself. We became good friends really quickly. She even sat with us at dinner.
"So how old are you?" I asked Callie. "I'm 29. You?" "I'm 18." I replied. We smiled at each other. I was worried about Daisy, and was eager to know if she was okay. "Do you know what's wrong with Daisy?" She took a deep breath and answered. "We think she tried to kill herself. When I was searching through her drawer I found pills and a knife. I saw multiple cuts on her wrist but I still don't know if she overdosed or not." I was confused. "How did she get a knife and pills?" I asked. "We don't know. I'm gonna ask her questions when she wakes up. For now I should get going, and goodnight." She waved goodbye to Ozzy and I and we waved back. "I can't believe she tried to kill herself." Ozzy said as he rubbed my shoulder. "I don't wanna talk about this anymore." I started to tear up as I lay down. "I'm sorry, how are you feeling with the baby?" He asked and lay down too. "I'm okay. Goodnight." I said and he sighed. "Goodnight."
