~Dakota
After we had arrived at Kayden's, I was beginning to walk to my house. "Dakota?" Kayden called. "Ya?" I replied. He scratched the back of his neck, "wanna come inside for a bit?" "Ya sure." I replied, then followed the tall boy inside.
"Mom?" Kayden called.
"Great, your home!" She said as she shuffled down the stairs with Charlotte on her hip. "Dakota, can you please watch Charlie for a bit? I'll be home at seven, and Kayden can help you out," She asked pleadingly.
"Sure" I smiled, and grabbed Charlotte from Annabeth's outstretched arms.
"Alright, I'm off. Have fun!" Annabeth said closing the heavy oak door.
As soon as the door closed Char began crying.
"Oh monkey, don't cry!" I cooed as she snuggled her head into my neck. "Wanna play a game?"
Charlie nodded."Mario kart?" Kayden said to the four year old, grasping her small hand."Yay!" She said releasing her small arms from around my neck.
I put Charlie down and her and Kayden began a race to the living room. Charlie's little legs moved much slower than Kaydens so he barely even jogged to keep up.
"Race you, Kayden!" I said as I began running. It registered rather quickly in his mind, and once it had he was off, but I still managed to beat him.
He smirked, "You're gonna get it."
Charlie ran for her pink bean bag chair, and I just ran away from Kayden. He grabbed me just before I had reached the dark coffee table, and threw me over his shoulder effortlessly. I tried to make him let go by kicking my arms and legs, but he only let go when he had thrown me on the plush sofa.
He began tickling my sides, making me laugh, his perfectly white teeth showed as his smile increasingly got bigger. Charlie realized what was happening and ran off her chair and tried slapping his back to get him off me.
"Get off her, you meanie!" Charlie shouted.
"Rawr!" He said, standing up. Charlie started running. But before he began chasing her he bent down and whispered in my ear, huskily,

"Next time i'm on top of you, you'll be moaning, begging me not to stop." My face flushed, holy cheeseballs! Why would he say that, it's been two days!
Kayden stood up and chased Charlotte for a bit, until I interrupted.
"Let's play mario kart!"
Kayden picked up Char and carried her over to her pink chair and put her in it. Then he walked over to the tv and turned the Wii on. He opened a white bin underneath the telly and grabbed three remotes, then he handed them out to Char and me. We began playing, and by that I mean me and Kayd did. Charlie just played with the plastic wheel and made "car" noises.
"How'd you win again?" Kayden said confused.
"I didn't have to be good, I just had to be better than you, which wasn't hard." I said jokingly. He smirked, then his phone went off.
"My mom won't be home till nine-thirty, and Charlie has to be in bed by seven." Kaden said turning his phone off, and putting it in his jean pocket.
"Well, it's almost seven, so we should get her to bed." I said putting the controller down. Kayden got up and turned the tv off.
"Cmon monkey, bedtime!" I said sweetly.
