Chapter 10: Team Discussion

4/12 Beacon Academy Afternoon (Courtyard)

After the announcement for the teams, Ragna, Saya, Tsubaki and their team members went outside to the courtyard to have a meeting. "To think me, Ragna and Saya are each leaders of a team." Tsubaki said stating up the conversion, "I'm surprise myself. Oh... I don't know if I can do great at being a leader of a team." Saya groned, "What are you talking about Saya, you be a great leader for Team SNNL! I just know it!" Nu stated, "Aww. Thanks Nu." The purple haired girl said with a small smile, "Now... To get to the main topic in hand... The power of The Persona, not to mention the Wild Card power." Jin reminded the three teams for their actual subject meeting, "The price and princesses said that this would happen." Kagura said, "Yeah... But I didn't expect it to be me though." Ragna reply to them, "Your new to your new-found power brother. And I think the same goes for Ruby Rose too." Saya stated, "The question is... How are we going to help both of you and Ruby, brother. We need to know more about them." She replied. As the three pairs of teams was wondering how they should help Ragna and Ruby with their Persona abilities, Jin had came up with something on his mind, "You know... I think it be best if we let Narukami and his friends help them out." Jin stated, making them look at him in wonder, "I mean, just think about... They seems to know more on how to use them." Jin pointed out. Silences full the air until Hazama spoke, "You do have a point there Jin. I mean we heard about them, so we know what they are, what they do and are capable of. But it would seem that Ragna and Ruby don't know how to use them yet." Hazama said, "Ragna and Ruby both have the power of the Wild Card, just like Narukami. I think it means that all three of them can summon multiple Personas, but what about Yu's friends?" Noel mention, "I heard Yukiko saying something about Ragna and Ruby not facing 'themselves'. Wonder what she meant about that." Kurogane said, "Shirogane mention something that she and the others, had a certain trial to obtain the power, and she stated she prefer not to undertake it again." Hibiki told them, "She also mention that the Personas are reflection of their inner self. Their suppressed thoughts given form and controlled by one's ego." Lambda reply, "So if Ragna and Ruby didn't have to face theirselves to get their Persona... Didn't the same goes for Yu as well?" Makoto pointed out, "Looks that way. I guess that's the reason why they call him their leader, because..." Tsubaki said, "Because he was the first person to acquire his Persona abilities." Hibiki calmly stated. The three teams knew what was going on, but still couldn't figure it out, they started to think some more until someone's stomach started to growl, "Oopsy Daisy..." Nu said as she blushed a little, "We'll talk more about this later. Let's go get some lunch." Jin said. With that the three teams started to walk inside Beacon.

4/12 Beacon Academy Afternoon (Cafeteria)

All the students are now gathered at the Cafeteria, all the Teams together and psyching themselves up of this moment while enjoying their feast. Even the Investigation Team, now split apart, are now talking about Kanji, who was conflicted. "You alright, man?" Yosuke asked, "... I-I don't know, I wasn't expectin' to be the leader, ya' know?" Kanij replied staggering his speech, "Yeah, Kanji's a reckless mess, it's such a cruel fate!" Teddie blurted bluntly, "Sh-Shut the hell up, dammit! You wouldn't even make a better leader!" Kanji retorted as he continued to staggered his speech. Yu took a deep breath as he stood up. "Kanji. From this day forward we are now two teams." He stated. "I ask you, do you have what it takes to lead half our group for this year?" He questioned gallantly. Kanji went silent upon hearing the question. "You do not have to worry about us, Yu-senpai." Shirogane replied in Kanji's stead. "We'll make sure he becomes a great leader, for his sake and yours." She stated, "Rest assure, Sensei! We'll make you beary proud!" Teddie followed, "It's a shame that we're on different Teams, but at least we still attend the same school together. For your sake, Senpai, Kanji-Kun has my support, too!" Rise boasted. Upon hearing their confirmation, Kanji stood up as was. "Senpai, you remember what said before?" He asked. They recalled a certain conversation they had during the case last year, so Yu had the idea. "Yeah, I ain't go to disappoint you, Senpai. Can ya' trust me on this?" Kanji asked, "Of course. I'm going to hold to that, Kanji." Yu replied with a firm smile. As the group was relief to hear that, the Investigation Team turned to Team RWBY and Team JNPR at another table, concerning about their recent achievements. "Looks like this year really is gonna be interesting, huh?" Yosuke wondered. Yu nodded as he smiled.
