I shivered at the look in Lux's eyes as I turned to do the dishes. I heard him walking up to me and felt him as he wrapped his good arm around my waist and pulled me against him. He brushed his lips against my neck causing my heart to gallop wildly and my knees to get weak. I tried pulling away to finish cleaning up the kitchen and heard Lux growl as he held me tighter. I turned to look and saw his eyes were so dark they were nearly black. I was startled and jumped away. He closed his eyes and breathed heavily for a few minutes before opening them again and looking at me. They were back to their gorgeous green color and I relaxed.

"I need to finish cleaning up Lux. If you need to, go sit down and relax. I'll finish and then come get you." I told him as I finished with the dishes and started on putting the leftovers away. Lux started helping clear the table and we finished quickly. As I wiped the table and hung the rag to dry I felt Lux's eyes on me. I turned to walk out the door but was stopped by his muscled toned arm, barring the door. He leaned down and brushed his lips across mine before deepening the kiss. I felt his hand against the back of my head and felt him pushing me backwards till I hit the wall. My arms were wrapped tightly around his neck and I felt his hand under my butt as he picked me up. I wrapped my legs around his waist and felt him grind against me. I gasped as his lips and teeth traveled down my neck towards my collarbone, sucking on the sensitive skin there. He let out a moan as I pushed myself against his bulge and I smiled. He looked up at me and grinned wickedly with a devilish glint to his eyes.

"You have no idea how much I want to take you right here, right now" he rasped as his eyes got darker and darker. I couldn't help but gasp at his bold proclamation. He gently set me down and closed his eyes, again breathing hard. When he opened them they were still dark but not that almost black shade anymore. I walked out of the kitchen and headed towards the living room.

"Do y'all need me to do anything else? I'm about to go get cleaned up and go to bed." I told my parents as they looked up.

"No, you go ahead. Thank you for cleaning the kitchen up dear" my mom answered.

I headed upstairs with Lux right behind me. "You can either use the bathroom across the hall or wait till I'm done. Word of warning though, it's gonna be a little while." I told him as I gathered clean clothes to sleep in.

"I'll just wait. It'll give me a moment to relax anyways. Hey is there a way to lock your door? That way it keeps that other chick out." he asked. I nodded and pointed out the key on my desk as I headed to the bathroom. I took my shirt off and noticed lots of little bruises all over my collarbone that weren't there this morning. I wrapped my towel around me and opened the door.

"Hey Lux? Do you know how I got these? I don't remember them there this morning." I pointed them out.

He chuckled as he walked up. "Its from when I do this" he said as he sucked on the base of my neck. I let out a moan and leaned against him. "Its called a hickey. And obviously you love them" he laughed huskily. I stood straight and shook my head to clear it.

"But what if my parents see them? Won't they get mad?" I scolded him softly as I hurried to shut the door between us noticing his eyes were turning black again. I took my time in the shower letting the hot water melt the stress of today away. I stepped out before I could use all the hot water and dried off slipping on my underwear & gown before hanging my towel up. I braided my hair as I walked out and heard a deep growl. I looked around shocked but only saw Lux. He growled and I realized it was him the first time as well.

"Why do you have to tease me by wearing that gown? It's barely there plus you're not wearing a bra. That's not a good combination with how much I want to take you" he groaned sexily as he stood and walked towards me. I stopped and realized that I had indeed grabbed my skimpest gown.

"I'm sorry. I didn't mean to. I need to change." I told him as I hurried to the closet. I turned to see him staring at me almost predatorial, his eyes were quickly turning darker and darker once more. He shut them and started shaking his head.

"I need to take a cold shower right now" he muttered to himself. He opened his eyes and quickly gathered what he needed before bolting into the bathroom. I changed into something a little more covering before climbing into bed and opening my book. I was a few chapters in when Lux re-entered the bedroom. He looked normal as he slid into bed and pulled me against him kissing me tenderly. I felt myself melt against him and placed a hand on his chest. I felt a rumble and heard what sounded like a dog like purr. I pulled away and looked to see if Ridgey was in the room. He was but all the across the room. "How did He get in here? I didn't notice him earlier" I turned to Lux.

"He was whining at the door so I let him in and made him go lay down over there. It looked like a doggybed so I assumed it was ok for him to lay there. Is he not supposed to be there?" Lux asked worriedly.

"No, that's his bed. But how did you get him to lay there? I never can so that's why he's not allowed in my room often" I told him as I looked at him in amazement.

"I have a.....special way with animals....especially dogs." Lux answered after a moment. "Now come on. Let's go to sleep. I'll get the light while you put your book away." he said as he reached over to turn the light off. After I marked my page and put my book on the table he wrapped his arms around me and pulled me close. I drifted off to sleep to the sound of his heart.
