Without our freedom to choose, Luke forced Percy and me onto his ship Princess Andromeda, although his soldiers did treat to seaweed brains wound only a little so he'd live but still not fully be fit to stand up. That got me to shut up and behave which is harder then you'd think, after all, I am what's considered a hostage to a traitor who was once called family.

Luke proceeded to tug on my arm as we entered to what seems like the control room. Percy was dropped to the ground in front of Luke's feet, I could see in Percy's eyes that he wanted to strangle him to death but I tried to make eye contact with him to stop his ambition, which it worked thank the gods.

"Let Annabeth go" the Demigod of Poseidon spat. Luke smirked as he watched Percy struggle to stand "it's me you want to remember" Luke let go of me as he got on his knees to face closer to Percy,

"Not exactly I didn't come for you Percy." His words came out like snakes, that made me want to spit at him disgraced.

"Then what do you want?" I spoke up before Percy "and how..." I tried to catch my breath "how are you still alive?"

Luke turned his attention to me "come on Annabeth don't play stupid we both know you knew I was still breathing" he grinned he knew I was trying to hide the truth. The first time I told Percy I believed Luke was alive I could see right through him that he wasn't pleased by the fact that I believed his life didn't end from the fall, that apart of me wanted him to be alive so I just never spoke to him about it again.

I stared at the ground trying to not look at neither of them "that doesn't answer my question" I got the words to escape my mouth. His expression didn't change he cupped my cheeks with his hands lifting my head to face him,

"I want you, Annie," he said casually. My bones weakened, what does he mean like he loves me or he wants things to be like the old times, either way, he's a little late.
