How does everyone get around here so fast it's like they were just waiting at the door for me to mess up!

I pause for brief second processing all the ways this situation could go further wrong.

"Luke you don't have to do this."

"I haven't done anything yet, it's the choices you make that I just project." He states not even looking at me.

"Don't you dare mess with me, Percy's life is not a game!"

"Come now Annabeth, messing around-ish- but it is a shame if the only leverage I have with me right now, went so quickly." He remarks.

He walks up to Percy, a knife held up against Seaweed brains throat. It's my knife... the one Luke gave to me. I try to keep my gulp composed.

"Luke! I'm sorry! Get that away from him." I spit out.

The room pauses into complete silence.

"Well, well. That wasn't so hard was it?"

My lips form into a straight line, starring at Percy his eyes connect with mine.

"It's okay Annabeth." You could tell he was trying to make himself look untouched, he's putting on a face for me... Percy stop.

"Get him off this ship alive," I demand
"Do that, then we'll talk."

Luke looked up at me, thinking it over. "No deal, it's not what I'm looking for."

My eyes brows seemed to have joined together in distress. "What do you want Luke!" roaring my anger boiling up all to my head.

"That's not for to yet know." He simply said. Fiddling with the knife around Percy's neck.

"What do you want me to do?" I said it came out desperate and I hated it.

Luke turned towards me pointing the sharp blade in the direction of my head. Percy's head fell limp.

"I want you to be a good girl, follow what I tell- Command you to do. As long as that happens, Percy will live."

"What commands?"

Luke lowered the dagger, now looking at the glinting reflection it's creating from the ceiling light.

"Things you are not ready to do yet." He sighed, losing his attention from the knife. "Kelly dump the boy just there. Take Annabeth to the room she is to stay in."

Folding his hands behind his back he lost the last bit of eye contact from Annabeth he wouldn't get for a while.

Kelly went to grab the blonde's arm,
But Annabeth nudged it out of her way, gesturing she can walk herself.
