Hey!
So lately I've been keeping my hair in twists and Cowashing my hair.
Cowashing- wash hair with conditioner instead of shampoo.
I've dranked alot of water And my face has truly cleared up. I've really only moisturized my hair with aloe Vera juice (you can find at your local walmart) water, and conditioner mixed together in a spray bottle. And sealing my damp hair with oil, coconut oil or black castor oil.
One thing that you can do along this journey as well is the inversion method. I tried it last year for a week and my hair grew half a inch. Of course the method doesn't work for everyone but if you'd like to give it a try be my guest!
