Chapter 10: Talking To Him

Ivy's POV:

*Sigh* Finally! I have new friends (I think...)!

By the way, my crush's name is Terry, since I haven't talked about him yet.

I noticed that he was friendly, nice, smart, kind, helpful, and of course, handsome.

So back to what was happening...

So it was already lunch time, and we sat down on a set of chairs with a table of course.

I let the two of them fall in the canteen line so that they can buy their food.

I had a packed lunch so that I wouldn't have to fall in line and buy food.

"Is it okay if we leave you here first?" Jasmine said.

"Yeah, I'm fine with it." I said.

"You sure?" Crystal said.

"Yup." I said in reply.

When the two left, Terry started walking towards me.

I became more and more nervous as he came closer to me.

I tried not to assume that he was going to approach me, but he did!

He approached me and asked about what happened earlier (the slap if you can't remember XD).

"Hello... umm..." he said.

"Hi, I'm Ivy. Nice to meet you... Terry?" I said, trying not to make myself look nervous.

"Yeah. Terry. Nice to meet you too."

If you are wondering why I still asked his name even though I'm sure it is his name, that's because I don't want him to think that I am a stalker :P.

"So... I just want to thank you for doing that I while ago." he said.

*Whispers* "Actually, I wanted to do that for a very long time now."

Then I was shocked.

'He wants to really beat up Scarlet and Jeanette?!'

I thought to myself.

'I thought he was friendly, nice, and KIND!'

I know that Scarlet and Jeanette are mean and rude, but he should be a gentleman.

Then he laughed at my shocked face.

"But of course, even though I want to do that, I wouldn't. I should be a gentleman."

Then my face started to smile from my shocked face, but I tried to hide it.

It was like he red my mind.

Unfortunately, he saw it.

When he saw me smile, he started to smile too.

"Yeah... so, nice to meet you again." he said.

"Nice to meet you too, again..." I replied.

"So, want to talk later?" he asked.

"Ah, okay." I said calmly, but deep inside, I was so happy.

He then left with a smile.

I then realized that I was still smiling from that "gentleman conversation".

Just thinking about it was making me smile. :)

Crystal and Jasmine came back from the long line, with a HUGE grin on their face!

"Hey, you two are cute together!" Jasmine said.

"Wait, you were watching us?!" I said.

"Yeah, we can see you from there." Crystal said.

"Oh..." I said, embarrassed.

They both laughed at my embarrassed face.

I just laughed it off too.

Then we started eating and talking to get to know ourselves.
