Previously : "Night Goblin."I woke up. The bright light shinning in through the window. I sit up in the bed and got hit with a major headache. "Ugh, What happened." I said sheepishly whilst rubbing my head.
I look around to see where I am. I look next to me and I see a shirtless Asher. My cheeks heat up.
"Morning Cupcake." A deep husky voice says.
I look over to see Asher laying in bed with a smirk.
"Wh-What?" I look at him in confusion, my eyebrows furrowed.
He scans my body with his emerald eyes. "You look great in my clothes." He says and I bite my lip.
I look down to see that I'm wearing a black and gray holister hoodie with matching sweat pants.
Wait....Wasn't I wearing a dress and was at a party? My face turns bright red.
"D-did you change me?" I stuttered.
He chuckles "Yeah you asked me to last night, remember?"
"N-n-no!" I reply.
"Don't worry I didn't do anything..."
I sigh in relief
He comes closer to me and whispers in my ear "Bad."
I look at him. A big smirk plastered on his face
"You monster!" I jump out of bed and point at him. I glare at him and he chuckles.
His gaze adverts to my stomach to where the bruise was. The hoodie was lifted a bit and it was visible.
Asher's eyes softened and he gets out of bed and comes towards me.
He looks at me with his emerald eyes that flickered with emotions. Sympathy, concern and...guilt.
I nodded, knowing he wanted to take a look at it. He sat at the edge of the bed and lifted the hoodie a little bit more.
He frowned as he looked at the sickening bruise. He gently brushes his fingers against it. I wince.
Asher apologizes. "I'm sorry Amber."
"It's okay, you didn't mean to." I look at Asher and give him a reassuring smile.
He sighs. I look at him with confused displayed across my face.
"What is it?" I ask.
"Why don't you do anything about it?" He looks at me with sadness in his eyes.
I shift my gaze to the side. "Like I said before.. Im a coward..." I tear slips down my cheek.
Before I could brush it away Asher beat me to it. He gently put his palm on my face and whipped my tears with thumb.
I look at him. He gives me a small smile. "Amber, you're not a coward."
"You're right, I'm weak." I reply and don't look at him.
He gently puts his other hand on my face and
Turns my face to make me face him.
