WITNESS TESTIMONY
--Witness Account--

1. I was walking my dog for a little bit after school ended.
2. As I was walking, I heard a noise come from Matt's house as I passed it.
3. I looked through the window and I saw a terrible sight!
4. I saw Matt holding a knife up above his head, covered in blood!

Sara: Oh crap! This basically says that Matt was the killer!

Edgeworth: As you can see, my witness clearly saw the crime and all of it's details.

Judge: Very well then, you may now begin your cross-examination defense.

Mia: Alright! Now it's really time! There's a contradiction in that testimony, and it's your job to point it out!

Sara: A contradiction? I didn't see one in there.

Mia: Listen closely. Think about what he said and all the evidence you have, and once you find it: slam your hands on the desk, point to him and yell "OBJECTION!" Loud and clear. You've got this.

Sara: O-okay. Let's do this!

CROSS EXAMINATION
--Witness Account--

1. I was walking my dog for a little bit after school ended.
2. As I was walking, I heard a noise come from Matt's house as I passed it.
3. I looked inside the window and saw a terrible sight!
4. I saw Matt holding a knife up above his head, covered in blood!

OBJECTION!

Sara: So you saw the defendant holding a knife above his head, is that right?

Kyle: Yeah! And there was a wound on the body below him that looked like a knife wound!

Sara: So what you're saying is, that's she died of blood loss from being stabbed?

OBJECTION!

Edgeworth: Stop wasting time defense, and get to the point! What are you saying?

Sara: What I'm saying is if he thinks that she died of blood loss...*points* Then it contradicts the autopsy!!

Edgeworth: What?!

*gallery murmurs*

Judge: Order! Order! Ms. Snowbelle, please explain yourself!

Sara: The autopsy states that the victim died of strangulation, not blood loss, and this witness says that he saw my client with a knife in his hands. It has no connection.

OBJECTION!

Edgeworth: But the autopsy also states that the victim had multiple stab wounds. It's also easy to assume that the defendant strangled the victim.

OBJECTION!

Sara: What would be the point? Condemning himself? It's much easier to find prints on a knife rather than a rope.

Edgeworth: Nghoooh!!

Sara: What I'm thinking is, maybe the real killer framed him.
