I walked out of the courtroom once again, almost collapsing from the weight on my legs. And no, it was not from my heels. "What do you say we sit down somewhere?" Mia suggested, noticing my troubled self.

"That would be nice.." We found a small bench to sit on, and I collapsed onto it.

"You know? You wouldn't want Mr. Edgeworth seeing you like this." She said, sternly.

"Why the hell would he care?" I asked, without a care in my voice.

"Oh, he doesn't care. It just wouldn't do you any good for him to see you weak."

I leaned back into the wall with my hands behind my head. "Tch. I'll still be able to show him up in court."

"You'll be able to show who up?" I looked up, and standing in front of me was Edgeworth with a stern face. I immediately sat up straight. "If you're going to talk about beating me in court, then it's best you don't show any weakness. Although, this does make it much easier for me." He smirked.

"Shouldn't you be off getting your witness?" I glared.

"I already have."

"Really now? I don't see him anywhere."

"You'll see what I mean soon."

"The defense and prosecution are to make their way back to the courtroom." The bailiff called out. Edgeworth looked up at him, then back at me.

"Or maybe right now." He then turned and walked back inside the courtroom. I glared at him as he walked off.

"We should go too." Mia said, taking my hand. I nodded and let her pull me up. Then we both walked back into the courtroom.

"I won't lose!"

Judge: Court is back in session. Was the prosecution able to gather their witness?

Edgeworth: Well..sort of.

Judge: What do you mean?

Edgeworth: He wishes to remain anonymous, so we have him on a walkie talkie. I do hope you'll forgive me.

Sara: Ha! So he wasn't prepared after all!

Edgeworth: I see that smug look on your face, defense.

Sara: Gah!

Judge: Order in my courtroom! Whatever the case may be, will the prosecution call this witness out?

Edgeworth: Of course. I call on the assassin Shelly de Killer.

???:.....

Edgeworth: Witness, please state your name and occupation.

De Killer: Shelly de Killer. An assassin.

Sara: Shelly de Killer! Did you leave this card with a pink shell at the crime scene? *shows card*

De Killer: My, my, you're a noisy one. Why would you accuse me of being at the crime scene in the first place?

Sara: Because this card belongs to you!

De Killer: How would you know if it belongs to me at all?

Sara: Uh..um...

Mia: Stop playing games, de Killer. This card is yours, and I know for sure.

De Killer: That voice...it sounds very familiar. Mia Fey, is it?

Mia: That's right.

De Killer: What happened to you playing defense attorney? I never struck you as the type to be co-council.
