Chapter 5

Tyler's POV
It was nerve wracking. Josh just found out that i loved him by me sleep talking. I can't blame him for being surprised. It's something hard to say.
"I'm cold." i told josh
"Okay."
He started to cuddle me again. I wasn't very cold but his body heat still warmed me up. It's perfect when he lays like that. He kissed the back of my neck, sending chills down my spine.
"Joshie?"
"Yeah peanut?"
"I love you."
"I love you too."
That time it sounded more certain.
"Do you wanna go back to school?"
School. School! Goddamn it tyler! You forgot about it. I don't even wanna go back to be honest.
"Can we wait until tomorrow..?"
"We can wait as long as you'd like."
"Zack and Jenna are gonna be worried."
"Yeah."
"I'll go back today..."
"Okay, you've gotta get dressed though."
"Do i?"
"Yes."
"Okay..."
I sat up and josh stood in front of me.
"What are you doing?"
"Giving you a piggyback ride."
"Oh..okay"
I smiled. That made me happy.
"Ya know joshie.."
"What?"
"You make me super happy."
"You make me super happy."
Josh took me into the closet then set me there.
"What would you like to wear today."
Most of my clothes were dark colors, but he had a lot of tees and band merch.
i spotted one i liked. it was a green shirt that said 'Pretty. Odd.' on the back.
I pointed to it and josh handed it to me.
"Panic! At the Disco?"
"Yeah."
"Okay."
I changed into the shirt as Josh watched me.
"I like your tattoos."
"Mine?"
"Yeah, they're cool."
"T..thank you.."
"Can.. I see that one on your chest again?"
"Sure."
I pulled up my shirt.
I couldn't see but it was okay. Josh kissed my chest.
I giggled.
"That tickled!"
"Sorry!"
We both laughed as i dropped my shirt and kissed him.
"Now, what about your pants mr.Joseph?"
"All you have is ripped jeans and shorts."
"Take your pick."
I pointed out some black torn shorts.
"Josh, do you have anymore boxers i can borrow...?"
"Yeah."
He grabbed me a pair and i changed into them and then put on the shorts.
"Looking sexy."
"Thanks handsome." I kissed him.
I watched him get changed then he picked me back up and took me into the kitchen.
"Hungry."
"No not really."
"Okay, you wanna head out?"
"Sure."
I jumped onto Josh as we walked down the hall.
"Hey ty, do you wanna eat with me at lunch..?"
"Like a date..?"
"Yeah."
"Id love to."
We arrived at school near lunch time.
"TYLER!" Zack came up to me and gave me a hug. Jenna did too.
"Hey guys."
"Tyler? Where have you been?"
"I got beat up and went to the hospital."
"Who took you?"
"Josh."
They both gave him a glance.
"Hi.." Josh waved
"Um.. Tyler can we talk to you for a second?"
"Yeah, i'll be right back josh."
They pulled me to the side.
"WHY ARE YOU HANGING OUT WITH JOSH!" Jenna whispered/yelled.
"Because I'm.."
"You're what?"
"Da...ting..."
"DATING!"
I messed up. If i dated him my friends would hate me. I'd just have to let them learn to like him before i tell them i'm dating him.
"His sister! Abby!"
"Thank god."
"I have to be around him because he's very protective around her."
"Oohhh okay."
We went back to the table.
"I'm gonna go sit and eat with Josh."
"Okay."
We walked to another table.
"They took us dating well."
"I didn't tell them WE were dating. I said i was dating your sister."
"What? Why?"
"They hate you. They think your a player."
"Oh so your embarrassed of me?"
"No no, i just don't-"a
He got up and walked off. I saw him leave into the bathroom. I chased after him.
I heard him crying in the stall.
"Go away tyler."
"No. I won't."
"Why? you clearly are embarrassed to date me."
"No i'm not. I love you."
"Then why did you lie?"
"Because i don't want them to misjudge you."
"Really?"
Jenna and Zack listened through the door.
"Yes! I love you, You make me so happy and i just want them to see that."
"Okay, i'm sorry for freaking out."
Jenna and Zack scooted from the door way but saw us when we came out of the bathroom kissing.
"Tyler? Care to explain?"
"No.."
Josh looked at me.
"Yes, I'm not dating abby, i'm dating Josh."
"Oh my god."
"I thought you weren't into guys." Zack said.
Jenna ran off.
"I lied."
"Why? I'm so happy for you! But him? Really?"
"Yes him. He's sweet and cares about me and loves me."
"Oh my god. Josh? Last time i remembered, he was the school player."
"He's not."
"Whatever honey, you do you."
"Thank you zack."
"Yeah, thank you zack." Josh said kissing my forehead.
"Aw. Well I'll go explain to jenna."
"Thanks Zack."
He walked off and i turned to josh.
"Hey Josh, can i reschedule for tomorrow after school. It IS friday..."
"Yes, i'll make reservations or something."
"Or we could just go to the movies.."
"Or i could surprise you."
"That one."
"Consider it done baby."
I looked into his eyes. Those beautiful eyes.
"Josh.."
"Yeah babe?"
"Can we go back to your house?"
"Sure.."
We went back to his house and the power went out. I couldn't help myself. I started making out with him in the dark.
"Are you sure?"
"Yes."
I wrapped my legs around him as he walked into the bedroom. He pushed me down onto the bed and straddled me.
You know what was going down.
