"Where are they?" Jess groans while pacing back and forth, Tobias and Charlie has been gone for over ten minutes, we can't see their flashlights anymore. As we pace back and forth in the front yard we suddenly hear rustling in the forest, moving closer to each other.
"Guys?" I whisper out quietly, clutching Jess's arm we hear walking towards us. Gulping we stay glued to the grass, then we see two figures making their way towards up, breathing a sigh of relief I release Jess and run up to Tobias.
"You scared me you idiot." I mumble into his shirt as I hug him.
"Sorry Olive but we found something kinda sketchy." He replies as he gently pulls me away.
Looking between Charlie and Tobias I can tell they found something.
"well? What did you find?" I ask getting impatient. They look at eachother then Charlie speaks up."we found a hunting shed."
"What kind of hunting shed?" I ask getting nervous.
"a deer hunting shed."Tobias answers my question.
"Was anyone there?"
"No they reply at the same time.
Nodding my head I say
"Well let's go in its getting late." They nodded their heads.
Jess and Charlie head in front of us hand in hand, following behind them I feel a tug on my sleeve.
Turning around I see Tobias debating his next words."whats the matter?" I ask him.
"You know that medication does make you see things right?" Tobias says.
"So what are you saying Tobias? That I imagined it?" I reply getting angry.
"no Olive I'm only stating-" pulling out of his grip I cut him off.
"I'm not seeing things!" I say in between my gritted teeth.
"Olly I didn't mean it that way."
"whatever Tobias just..just leave me alone." I say as I turn around and stomp my way into the house.
Pushing past Charlie on the stairs I hear him mutter"Jesus what crawled up your butt and died." flicking him the middle finger I head into the bedroom and slam the door.
Groaning I plop down on my bed and begin to cry, sniffling I hear Tobias knocking on the door.
"babe are you alright? Listen I'm sorry I didn't mean it."
"Your a jerk." I mumble between tears. I hear the door swing open and him approaching me.
"Baby come on." he pleads as he bends down to look at me.
"Simon is still out there Tobias and he's in my dreams every night." I whisper as I cry. He raises his hand and grabs me by the chin forcing me to look at him, he stares at me before speaking.
"What happens in your dreams?" Pulling out of his grip I stand up and push past him heading towards the window,
"I'm not asking again Olive! Now what's in your dreams?" he shouts making me flinch and turn around."He kills my whole family!" I shout back with years running down my face, choking on my tears my words come out in sobs "and he kills you, then he comes after me!" I shout getting furious.
As I watch him, he just stands there staring at me, "and I cant fight back because I feel like i can't move." my words come out soft and sad.He suddenly lunges towards me, he snatches me into his arms and hugs me, breaking down in sobs I wrap my arms around his waist as he trys to calm me down.
"baby you're safe I won't let anything happen to you." he mumbles in my hair.
Nodding my head against his chest, I start to relax and breathe normally.
Pulling I place my hands over his cheeks."Promise me I'm safe Tobias." I whisper as I stare in his eyes, his eyes soften and his voice barely comes out audible.
"You're safe my love." Nodding my head he picks me up and literally throws me on the bed, making me bounce up and down.
