Recap:
All of a sudden I saw Fang reach behind his back and take out his gun. Gasps filled the room. I jumped up onto the arena and then a bullet was fired.
Chapter 3: Playing Savior is So Tiring
Julia's POV
"Bro. What the hell are you doing with a gun, when the ref said, NO WEAPONS?" I asked with...the bullet in between my index and middle finger, just centimeters away from Jake's right arm. I learned how to do this when I was 8 and my sensei showed me.
"Wha-what the? How the? Wha?" Jake asked flabbergasted. "Save it and ask questions later." I said pushing him towards Caleb and Chris. "Let me handle this guy." I cracked my knuckles and rolled my neck. "What? Are you crazy? Yo-" before Caleb could finish his sentence I already planted a swing kick at Fang's face. He fell to the ground with a thud and he was knocked out cold. God. Playing savior is so tiring.
I jumped off the rink and walked to the guys. They looked at me in awe all the way to the ice cream shop. Once we walked in they decided to talk. "Ok. One tell me how you did that bullet trick, and two what the hell do you hide in your legs? Bricks?" they asked at the same time.
I just looked at the cashier guy. "Hey there babe. What do you want to have?" he said trailing his eyes to my chest. I snapped my finger in front of his face. "Yo! Casanova! My eyes are up here." I said pointing to my eyes. Jake, Chris, and Caleb chuckled. "I'll have Mint ice cream." I looked at the guys, "You guys want any?" "Chocolate!" they said. I gave the cashier the money and went to sit down.
"Mind to tell us?" Jake said eagerly. I decided to mess with them and took a deep breath like before you say something big. They looked at me even more eager with huge smiles on their face. "No." I said. They frowned. "Why not?" they asked. "It's not your business." I said. "Come on we have to get back to school."

We arrived at the school and everyone was outside. I think it's lunch period. I got out the car and headed to the cafeteria. "Hey Jules! Wait up!" Caleb said. I turned around. "What?" I said annoyed. What do they want now? Chris slung his arm over my shoulder. "Let's go to lunch together." I took his arm off. "No." I said as I walked away. They turned me around again. "Please?" they said putting on the puppy faces. Even though it is adorable, I don't want them to accompany me. "No." I said and walked away again.

"Please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please!" they begged for the hundredth time. "Fine!" I said annoyed. "Yes!" they said.
We got to the cafeteria and I kicked open the doors because I was to lazy to push it open, and besides my hands are in the back to my pockets. I walked in and was about to sit at an empty table until someone flipped me over their shoulder. I pushed my self up with their shoulders and balanced myself on them. I twisted to their back, jumped down, and kicked their back. "Ugh!" they grunted before falling to the ground.
I recognized the familiar mop of honey colored hair. I gasped. "Jake!" I ran over to him. "You ok?" I asked. "Yeah. But that way one hell of a trick." He flipped over. I pressed my fingers on his chest. He winced slightly. "Do you think I'm an idiot Jake? Did you actually think I didn't notice that blow to your chest from Fang?" He sat up and looked at the ground.
"You did a great job ignoring the pain. But you need that to be taken care of. Come on." I said getting up. "Where are we going?" he asked. "To the infirmary."

"Take of your shirt." I told him. He refused. "Jake! Take it off!" I exclaimed. He sighed and finally took it off. "Oh my god!" I gasped. Fang had punched him so hard, his chest is bleeding. I quickly got up and got the first aid kit. "This is found to sting a bit." I whispered. I took the disinfectant, poured it on a cotton ball and grazed it over the wound with a tong. He hissed. "It's okay. There I'm done. Now for the bandage." I grabbed to gauze. "Lift up your arms."
He obeyed and I started to wrap the gauze around him. I was bringing the gauze around from his back to his front when all of a sudden, his arms went down and he embraced me in a hug. "Um... Jake?" I asked. "Thank you." he said. "I'm fine now." "Oh. Ok." I said. My heart was beating like crazy!
