Harry lay in the grass on the front garden with his eyes closed as he soaked up what was left of the sun. Sirius had told him that Ally and Penelope would be arriving by muggle car and to hang around outside to wait for them for him while he kept Hermione busy. Remus was sitting beneath a nearby tree dozing, the Parisian Wizard's news paper laying across his lap, threatening to slip off. Harry closed his eyes and drifted off. Neither heard the car pull up...

"Boy, some welcome wagon you two are," a woman's voice said and he opened his eyes with a start. "Hello, Harry Potter!"

Harry shielded his eyes and saw a woman carrying something heavy-looking in her right hand. She gently placed it on the ground next to him and he heard a gurgle come from it; he raised his brow and craned his neck...baby-smells. He grimaced and turned to look at the professional quidditch player standing before him.

"You know me?"

"Everyone knows who you are, Darling!"

He sneered. "Mmm."

Remus was awake and by her side in an instant. He embraced her tightly and held on to her for a few moments. "Still mad at me," he whispered.

She shook her head. "Nah. You two kissed and made up, so it's all good."

He laughed quietly and pointed toward the portable baby car seat-carrier. "Is that her?"

Ally nodded. "Yeah. But you can't see her yet."

"Why not!"

"Because her father hasn't seen her."

"Ever?"

Ally shook her head. "Not ever."

"Doesn't that bother you," Harry asked.

She chuckled. "No."

"Would me, were I you."

"Well, you're not me and I fully expected to do all of this all by myself."

Remus nodded. "Well, you wouldn't have been all alone, you know?"

"Of course I would have," Ally said. "But I have my Da, so it's all good."

"Why do you say that?"

"Because you wouldn't have known about her, no one would have. It was my intention to keep her very existence extremely hush-hush."

Harry chuckled, "you're aligned with the Black Family! There's nothing hush hush about them!"

She smiled and nodded as she giggled. "I'm quite aware of that!" She pointed toward the Dog House. "So this is where they live?"

Remus nodded his head. "Mmhmm. Sirius has been pacing the floor since he got your telephone call, much like an expectant father..."

She smiled warmly. "Well, I suppose...he is. Can we go inside, it's a little warm out here."

"Oh yes, of course," Remus replied and pointed toward the baby carrier. "May I?"

"Yes, of course."

Remus grabbed the handle and picked the baby carrier with ease and headed toward the house. "Harry, why don't you run ahead and let them know that...Oh..."

Sirius was already out the door, heading in their direction as was Hermione. "You made it," he said as he embraced her.

Ally nodded. "Yeah! Your directions were spot on!"

"Excellent." He felt Hermione's hand slip into his as she stopped by his side.

Ally smiled and held out her hand. "Hi, I'm Ally. I'm so happy to meet you!"
