Under His Love

Chapter 14

Nicole got up from the bed and walked to the bathroom. Its been a 4 months since her and Chris had that talk about the time they have been apart.

Nicole found out she was pregnant and everyone has been so excited for it. They don't know the sex yet but they should find out soon.

Speaking of Chris, he has been acting different since he found out about the things Nicole went through. He has been different and Nicole already has low self esteem. She thinks Chris is avoiding her cause of what she said.

She knew that he would look at her different.

She looked at her self in the mirror. She didn't seen the girl she knew before. She wanted the really Nicole back. The Nicole that knew what to do and how to do it. Looking in the mirror showed someone totally new.

She heard the front door. She head foot steps and a high Chris come in the room. She seen him take off his clothes and get in the bed. She sighed and walked in the room.

She sat on the bed and looked at her husban. He slept on the other side of the bed looking in the other direction. Normally they would cuddle but that is just a memory to her.

She got under the covers and slowly went to sleep.

The next morning she woke up and fixed breakfast. She woke the gurls up and made their plates.

Chris came down in a black jordan shirt, gray Levi's, and black Jordans. He came and sar down at the table. "Morning." he said and the girls said good morning.

I sat and at my food. He looked at me. "Good Morning." he said and i looked at him.

"Morning." i said and he finished his food. He put his plate in the sink. He turned around and looked at his phone.

"I got to go. Imma be home late ok." he said and walked out.  I sighed and put my food in the sink and looked at the girls. "Hurry ok we going over Auntie Sarah house." she said and they hurried to eat.

They loved going over their cause Sarah and Mike have the cuties dog. They love the dog to death.

When they finished they were on their way. When they pulled in her drive way Mike was walking out.

"Heyy uncle Mike." they said and he kissed her head and walked to his car.

"Heyy Nicole." he said and Nicole hugged him and they walked in the house.

The girls ran to the dog and Nicole walked in the kitchen and seen Sarah sitting at the island eating.

"Wassup girl." she said and Niocle sighed.

"Hey." she said and Sarah looked at her.

"What's wrong?" she asked and Nicole looked at her.

"Every since Chris and me talked about what happen he hasn't touched me, or said anything to me. He has been ignoring me." she said and Sarah looked at her.

"He probably just tired Nicole."

"No. Last night he came home and he didn't even look at me. We say goodnight and i love you to each other every night. He didn't even say it." she cried and Sarah quickly hugged her.

"Nicole calm down ok. He just been working. I bet when things calm down at his trap he going go back to the way it was." Sarah said and Nicole looked at her.

"Yea right. I just want the old Chris back." she said and Sarah nodded. Nicole looked at her. "Im glad you moved to Florida. I really missed you." Nicole said and Sarah kissed her cheek.

"I love you bestie."

"I love you too." Nicole said and they hung out the rest of the day. Then Nicole went over her mom house.

Chris sat in the trap looking on his computer and reading the emails he got ftom people. He been getting updates on Jason and Kendal.

Chris has been at the trap non stop finding these niggas. He just want to kill them and live his life in piece.

Mike walked in the room and sat down at Chris desk. He looked at Chris. "Aye man what you got?" Mike asked and Chris sighed and ahook his head.

"Man i ain't got shit me. Thsi shit is stressful." Chris said and Mike nodded. Then Sarah facetime Mike. He answered.

"Heyy baby." he said and Sarah smiled.

"Heyy baby. Where Chris?" she said and her mood changed. Mike turned the phone to him. "WTF is wrong with you?" Sarah asked.

"What i do?" Chris asked and Sarah looked at him.

"Why you avoiding Nicole?" Sarah said and Chris looked at her.

"What? Im not avoiding her." Chris said and sarah looked at him.

"Yes you have. She told me you ain't even putting it down anymore." Sarah said and Chris looked at her and Mike chuckled.

"Damn nigga you ain't been giving her nun?" Mike chuckled and Chris looked at him.

"Man i been busy." Chris said and Sarah looked at him.

"She was crying about how you don't say i love you to her, and you don't touch her and all that." Chris looked at Sarah.

"She was crying?" Chris asked and Sarah nodded. He ran his hands down his face. "All i been doing is trying to get shit done around here."

"Well you need to go talk to her." Sarah said.

"I can't i have work to do here and-"

"But you need to be putting in work with Nicole." she said and Chris sighed and looked at his computer. "Don't hurt my best Friend Chris." she said and hung up.

Mike looked at Chris. "Ayr man you sure you want to be here right now. I can take over man." Mike said and Chris shook his head.

"Its just her hormones. All of this will blow over soon." Chris said and Mike shrugged.

"So what you gonna do?" Mike said.

"Nothing. Imma just let it pass over." Chris said and Mike looked at him.

"I don't know man. I think you should deal with it now. It might get worst later." Mike said. Chris sighed.

"I can't i got to much to do around here. Imm go home later." Chris said working on his computer.

Mike sighed and played on his phone.

Soon Chris looked at the time. It was late. He packed up and went home.

When he got theirnhe didn't see the girls. He walked to the room and seen Nicole sleep.

He walked to the bathroom and took a shower. Then he went and laid down. He looked at Nicole as she slept.

Normally she would be up. He looked at sighed and thought about a few things he could do.

The next morning he got up and made a little breakfast. He sat the food on the table and waited.

Then he heard foot steps. He looked and seen a fully dressed Nicole. He looked at her. "Morning." he said and Niocle sat at the table.

"Morning." she said and started her food.

"I was wondering if me and you could chill today." he said and Nicole shook her head.

"I talked to my boss at Walmart and he is letting me come back to work." She said and Chris looked at her.

"But... Nevermind." he said and got up and walked upstairs.

She sighed and got her jacket and purse and left for work.

She didn't know that Chris cleared his whole schedule just for her today. Now he knows how she feels when he is never home.

He felt lonely.
