Under His Love

Chapter 13

Chris looked at his mother in law a little shocked and he should me. "She ain't pregnant." Chris said and Sam looked at him.

"Chris look at the signs. She throwing up, she having mood swings, she's not on her period." Sam said and Chris opened his mouth to say something but the words didn't come out his mouth.

"How can she be pregnant? We haven't done anything since-" he cut him self off when he knew they didn't use a condom. He sat back down on the sofa. "Three kids and im not even 40 yet." Chris said and Sam looked at him.

"Well atleast you have three kids." Sam said and they laughed. Then Nicole came out the bathroom.

She came and sat down next to Chris. Chris looked at her. "You ok?" he said and she nodded.

"Yea i just had a lot to clean up in there." she said and Chris nodded. Sam looked at Nicole and knew something was up but she didn't want to say anything.

They sat at Sam's house for and while till they went home.

The girls was sleepy so they went to sleep in the room. Chris and Nicole went and sat in the room. Chris looked at Nicole.

He could see the nervousness in her eyes. He just didn't know if it was the fact that she might be pregnant again or something else.

He went and sat next to her on her aide of the bed. "Baby what's wrong?" he asked and Nicole looked at him.

"You love me right?" she asked and he looked at her confused.

"Of course i do baby. I love you with everything in me. Why would you ask that?" he said and Nicole looked at Chris.

"Its somethings i want to get off my chest." she said and Chris nodded.

"Yea baby. You can tell me anything." Chris said and Nicole nodded.

"When they took me two years ago i felt so scared. I was scared that i was never gonna see my kids again. I thought i was never going to see you again." she said. Chris looked at his broken wife.

"Baby im here for you ok. Im not letting that ahit happen again."

"That's not it Chris." she said and he looked at her.

"What else?" he asked and she sighed.

"When i was with kendal i had to strip in this club. I was so terrible. I couldn't believe that i was there. They had me giving private dancing to this these older guys for lots of money i couldn't keep." she said and looked down. "I felt so low when i was there. They told me that i was nothing but an object." She said and Chris looked at her.

"You are more than an object Nicole." he said and Nicole looked at him.

"Then one day they told me that my services wasn't good enough. They said i need to do more that just dance." she said and Chris looked away.

"Nicole i don't want to hear-"

"Please Chris. I ha e been holding this in for two years. I have to get it out." She cried and Chris looked at her and nodded.

"One day when a guy came in. He said he wanted a private party. Kendal said to give it to him. Then when i got to the back. He hurried and took my clothes off. Then he....he...."

"Raped you?" he said and Nicole nodded. He sighed.

He did not want to hear this but if she has been holding this in her for two years she she has a right to get it out of her.

"Kendal came in after the guy left and he did the same." she cried and Chris soon thought about house he spared his life.

He bawled his fist and knew that when he seen Kendal he was gonna kill him.

"Then after Jason took me to from kendal i went to ash. He beat me and till i couldn't move the first day. He said that i could have been the father of my kids and the man i needed. But i couldn't stand him. He talked down to me the whole time. But expected me to be with him." She said and a tear slipped. "Then i found out i was pregnant." she said and Chris looked at her.

"Really?" Chris said and she nodded.

"Yea but Ash made me get an abortion." she said and Chris hugged her quickly. She cried hard on his shoulder. 

He felt his heart break a couple times cause this was his worst nightmare. His wife being treated so wrong amd he wasn't there to help her.

"He said i was too ugly to be a mother." she cried and Chris made her looked at him.

"Baby you are not ugly. Your are the most beautiful girl in the world." he said and she looked at him.

"I believe you." Nicole said and Chris nodded.

"Question?" Chris asked and Nicole looked at him to asked away. "How did you loose your memory?" Chris asked and Nicole sighed.

"I was with Jason when these drunk guy came in. I sat in the corner hand cuffed to the sofa. The guy came over and started to kiss on me. When i hit his area he jumped up and hit me i hit my head on the sofa arm. The arm was metal." she said and Chris nodded. "When i woke up i seen all these people in the room with me. I didn't know who they were or why i was there. Then jason asked about you and i couldn't remember who he was. Then he brought me here and i started to wonder around." she said and Chris looked at her.

"How did you meet your mom?" Chris asked. That is a quesrion that has been going around in his mind for a while.

"I was at the shelter and i was looking for a job. When i found one she was there to take me. She was one of the drivers for the shelter. I was so thankful cause she helped me get on my feet." She said and smiled.

"One more." he said and Nicole nodded. "Do you regret me taking you away frkm your mother?" he asked and she looked at him.

"When i was going through the things in Dallas i hated you. I was hoping that i could escape and go get Bella and just be done with you." she said and Chris looked away. "But in my heart i knew i was in love with you and i had faith that you would find me." she said and Chris looked at her.

"Im sorry for all the pain i bought into your life." he said and Nicole looked at him.

"I forgive you. Chris don't beat your self up for this ok. I love you ans will never stop. After all these years i have loved you. Even why you didn't even care about me." Nicole said and Chris looked at her.

"If we wasn't already married i would ask your right now." Chris said and Nicole smiled and kissed him.

"I love you." they both said and laughed.
