-fast forward to after school-
(Arin's POV)
I walked home with Jimin and Jungkook since we would be having a sleepover like we said earlier. But first we stopped by Jimin's house for him to collect his stuff.
"You guys can wait here," he pointed at a modern couch in front of a 55" flat screen TV "I'll just go upstairs and pack my bags."
Jungkook and I nodded and watched him rush up the stairs.
"Why're you so quiet?"
"Huh?" My head turned to Jungkook who was on the other side of the couch
"You were quiet on the way here. Is there something wrong?"
"Aniyo," my eyes widened and I shook my head "I'm just tired. But thankfully we wont have classes tomorrow, so I can rest." I lied
"You're just tired?" Jungkook raised an eyebrow next to me. "Nae, I'm just tired." I nodded
I looked back to where I was looking from before hoping that Jungkook wouldn't ask me anymore questions.
"Okay, I'm here! Kaja," Jimin said while he had a backpack in his hand.
"Arin-ssi, are you sure you'll be okay with having three people over in your house for two nights?" Jungkook asked me. I nodded and smiled at him in response. And then we left Jimin's house.
"Yah Arin, why are you so quiet? It's as if you don't know us." Jimin said when we reached to the same bus stop we were in just a few days ago.
"Nae? I'm not quiet. I don't even notice it." I told them, hoping they'd buy my excuse.
"Ani, there's something wrong. What happened?" Jimin stepped closer to me and made his eyes big to try and make me laugh.
I was close to Jimin and I thought that he should know how I feel. Since he did imply to me that he is my 'brother.'
I pulled Jimin away from Jungkook and started whispering
"My best friend, she likes Jungkook," I said and I saw Jimin's eyes widen "and she was sort of making a scene about him to me a while ago before class started, and it bothered me a lot."
"Wae? What did she say?" Jimin said while holding onto my arm. "She just asked me for help, with Jungkook"
Jimin raised both his eyes brows and looked at me again, "so she likes him? What about you?"
"What do you mean what about me? I don't like Jungkook anyways." I told him. "Then why are you so down about it?" Jimin said smirking and raising his eyebrows up and down.
"I find it disturbing,"
"Disturbing that your best friend likes the same guy as you?"
I slapped his arm, "how many times do I have to repeat myself? I. Don't. Like. Jeon. Jungkook." I told him while squeezing his arm and my eyes were wide.
"Okay, whatever you say so. But if you don't like him, would you quit being quiet? It's scaring me, and I'm sure it's scaring Jungkook as well."
I just nodded in response to what he told me and walked back to Jungkook
"What was that all about?" Jungkook turned to us and asked. "Oh nothing, Jimin was just being annoying. And I'll stop being quiet now." I said
"Okay good, Mika will get here any minute now. She just texted."
"Mhm" I nodded and turned to Jimin still smirking at me. A mouthed a 'would you quit it' and he just laughed out loud.
I turned my head to pay attention to any busses that were coming our way to look for Mika. It's only been a few days but I was very excited to see her again. I had a good time with her last time and we were able to know each other quite fairly.
