It was 6 o'clock and Arin was awoken by the repeated ringing of her alarm again.

She raised an arm to turn the alarm off and to unplug her phone from her charger.

She got up to take a shower and slipped into her outfit. It was a pink hoodie sweater that goes down until above her knees. She wore legging under and her white converse again.

Instead of picking her coat up, she took a scarf and wrapped it around her neck. She picked her backpack up and walked out the door.

She wasn't surprised, but she saw someone outside her door waiting for her

(Jungkook's POV)

"Anneyong!" I greeted Arin who had just walked out her door. "Oh, anneyong Jungkook," she said "shall we go?"

We went down and out of the building and walked to our school, passing by the park. "You know, this park is really pretty." She said

'But not as pretty as you' I'm really making a joke out of myself aren't I

"Yeah, it is" I answered. "Arin-ssi, would you want some coffee? It's on me" I asked her. She gave me a small nod and we walked to a small cafe.

"Kamsamnida" she said when I handed her the coffee. "Sure, you're welcome" I answered. We walked out of the cafe then and continued our walk to school.

"It's good isn't it?" I said, trying to break the silence. "What's good?" Arin asked me. "Ah, haha, the coffee." I replied. "Nae, its good." She told me

We finally arrived in school and we were greeted by Jimin. "Anneyong Jungkook! Anneyong Arin!" Jimin waved while approaching us. Arin bowed beside me and gave us a small wave telling us she'll be heading to her first class with her own friend.

"You walked her to school again?" Jimin hit my chest. "Yeah, we decided to do it everyday."

"So is this your new system to get yourselves fall for each other?"

"Yah, she's just a friend"

"Just a friend, when yesterday you told me you might be falling for her."

"I said might. By the way, Mika is coming over tonight." I told Jimin. "Mika? Your cousin?" He asked me. "Nae, want to have dinner with us?" I invited him over. I was hoping to have dinner with both of my best friends and introduce them to my closest cousin. "Sure, I'll come. Who else would be eating with us?" Jimin asked me while we arrived in front of our lockers. "I'll ask Arin if she's alright with it. Anyways, she just lives in front of me."

"What?! Jinja?" Jimin asked me. "Nae, remember that first day we met in the milk tea cafe? I walked her home and I found out that we live in the same building." I explained to him. "Aigo, no wonder why you walk together. I was starting to think you're putting so much efforts to her already. Kajja, let's get to class."

We then quickly gathered our stuff from our lockers and walked to our rooms.

"I guess Mrs. Lee would be a little late today." Our class president announced, "you can have your free time while waiting."

I took my phone out of my pocket and texted Arin

Arin
you: Arin-ssi, my cousin is coming over tonight from Busan. She's one of my closest relatives and I'm having dinner with her and Jimin tonight.
Arin: Nae, what now?
you: do you want to join us?
Arin: ah jinja? Sure. I'll join you, where?
you: Mika says she wants to cook. Anyways gtg, Mrs. Lee is here. Anneyong
Arin: Anneyong~

I locked my phone and tapped Jimin's shoulder, who was in front of me. "Yah, Arin-ssi is eating with us tonight."

"Ah jinja? Ye, I'll look forward to it." He said and then looked forward.

(Arin's POV)

"Yah, who texted you in the middle of class?" Kenzie, whom was beside me, asked. "Huh? It was just Jungkook. He invited me for dinner with his cousin. Let's stop talking before we get caught." I told Kenzie.

I looked a little to my side and saw Kenzie's head a little tilted. Her eyes slightly closed. Which means she was benign suspicious or mad about something. "Yah," I whispered "don't do that, were going with Jimin too."

She just looked away from me and faced front to the whiteboard.

"Aigo this girl" I whispered and faced front to our lecturer. 'She'll get over that later on.' I said to myself.

Half of the classes were finally over and it was quarter to 1, which means it was our lunch break. "Yah Arin, let's eat. I'm hungry already." She stood up and walked to the cafeteria.

I quickly stood up and chased after the hot headed girl. "Yah! Why do you seem so serious today. Are you okay?" I asked her when I finally caught up to her fast pace. "Gwenchana, I'm just hungry." She said and walked fast ahead of me again.

Honestly, Kenzie is my best friend but sometimes she makes mountains out of molehills. You know what I mean?

I grabbed a tray and followed behind my aggressive best friend. I picked the food I wanted to eat and then followed Kenzie to find a seat. When we finally sat down Kenzie started gobbling down her food.

"Yah! Calm down, what's wrong?" I slapped her spoon away from her hands. "I said nothing." She said firmly.

"Well if it's just nothing, at least eat slowly. You might choke." I told her. After that I was glad that she finally calmed down and ate properly. Aish this girl, really.

While we were eating in silence, Kenzie suddenly spoke, "w-who else is eating with you guys tonight?"

"Jungkook only told me about Jimin and Mika. And I think that's it." I answered her. "Ahhh. Yah, remember when you told me that—" she said

"That what?"

"You're going to help me with J-Jungkook?" she continued.

'Aish, that's all she wanted.'

"Yah! Did you start acting like a five year old just for that?" I asked her. She looked down on her food. "Aigo, I'll try my best." I told her, "I wont assure you though, I said I'll try my best." she nodded. "Just a heads up, you might end up breaking our friendship because of this." I told her. "Yah! I wont break our friendship over guy. I promise you" She reassured me.

I trusted her anyways, it's easy to lean on a friend I've known for years.

So I trusted her, that our friendship won't get broken over a guy.
