(Arin's POV)
Jungkook and I both walked back into the house and just sat down beside each other without uttering a single word to Jimin and Mika. We figured that, since they teased us a lot, maybe we could tease them too, right?
"You're both really, really going to do this right now?" Mika said. Jungkook and I looked at each other because she somehow found out by herself. "Aish, whatever. We know what happened out there and Jimin and I are both very, very excited"
"Are you both really that nosy?" Jungkook laughed. "Well, we wanted to know what happened okay? Don't call us nosy, you two were being too secretive." Jimin said. "Aigo, now you're turning the blame to us. Whatever, let's eat now. I'm hungry." I said
Mika nodded and stood up to grab some chips from her food cabinet. "Ah, you have a good stash there don't you? You might turn fat" Jungkook said, laughing. "Aish, you're being too cheeky now aren't you? Is that the effect Arin has on you?" Mika said in return. Then Jimin let out a long and loud 'oooo' while slapping his thigh, trying to keep his calm from laughing.
Aside from that, Jungkook and I agreed to go on a somewhat 'date' tomorrow as the beginning of our 'relationship'. I still couldn't believe that a guy who I liked a lot, also, somehow liked me back.
I was all happy in my thoughts until someone came to my mind, Kenzie.
I tried to take her off my mind because I wanted to have fun with my best friends, but she also was my best friend wasn't she? "uhm, I'll just go outside real quick" I said to the three people eating their chips in front of the TV. "do you want me to come with you?" Jungkook stood up, rubbing his hands together to remove the powder from the chips. "aniyo, it's ok. I'll just call someone." I smiled and walked out the door.
I clicked on Kenzie's name and the other lien started ringing.
"yuboseoyo?" Kenzie said.
I wasn't able to utter any words since, I didn't really think about what and how to tell her.
"yah, Arin-ssi. are you there?"
"n-nae, I have some news for you." I said, I was beginning to bite my nails as it's a habit of mine when I get anxious.
"waeyo? Jungkook? Is it about Jungkookie?" Kenzie said from the other line. "Somehow" I said hesitantly "but I guess it'll be better if I tell you in person. Are you free on Sunday?"
"ani, I have a family dinner. Why not tomorrow?" She asked. "I'm busy tomorrow. Whatever, I'll just tell you the next time we meet." I said. "Ah, arasseo. See you then!" She hung up and I walked back to the room
"Who was it?" Jimin asked me while his head was still glued to the TV. "I just called someone. It's nothing" I said and sat down beside Jungkook.
"Okay, whatever you say. So what are your plans now?" Jimin asked turning to Jungkook and I. "Plans for what?"
"I thought you guys are together? Are you just going to be together and nothing will happen?" Jimin continued. "Aigoo, hyung! Stop being so nosy" Jungkook laughed.
"Fine, whatever. You both do whatever you want with your lives. Keep me out of it." Jimin said pouting, returning his gaze at the TV. "Ani oppa," I laughed "of course I'll tell you about it. Just don't be so nosy!"
"Jinjja? You'll tell me too right?" Mika said. I looked at Jungkook and he just smiled. "Nae, sure I'll tell you" I smiled.
I've never enjoyed a day like this so much.
