Chapter Thirty-four

                                                                                 (One month later)

Liam's Pov

Scott, Derek, Stiles, Theo, and Brett are cleaning up the pack house after we just had a baby shower. Everyone mostly brought clothes and socks for the baby, Some brought shoes. The baby can come at any time and I hope its soon, It's getting hard getting up from sitting down with this big stomach. I walked up the stairs with all the baby clothes and went to my room, I put the clothes on my bed and grabbed the baby bag that Mrs. McCall brought me and started making a baby bag for when the baby comes, I went into the baby room and looked at the blue walls and smiled, Then I looked and the baby crib and changing station . When I was done I laid back on my bed and closed my eyes getting ready to take a nap but then I felt something dripping down my leg. I looked down and my pants we're wet, Then I felt a painful contraction hit me. Fuck I think my water just broke.

"BRETT" I screamed as another painful contraction hit me

He ran into my room with a very concerned look on his face.

"What's wrong," He asked

"My water just broke" I hissed out being hit with another contraction

"Scott get the car started we're going to the hospital" He yelled down the stairs to Scott

I groaned as a contraction hit me hard, Brett picked me up off of my bed and started walking towards my bedroom door.

"Wait Brett, The baby bag," I said pointing at the bag on my bed

He walked back over to my bed and grabbed the baby bag and walked out of my room, When we got downstairs everyone was outside in their cars, Brett took me to Scott's car and laid me in the back set and got in the front set. I screamed as a really painful contraction hit me.

"Hurry and get the hospital the baby is coming" I screamed

And with that Scott speeded to the hospital when we got there Scott went in and got his mom, She came out with and Brett picked me up and put me in it, She started wheeling me into the back but not to the rooms we were in before but to a much bigger room with more things. There was a girl in the room and she told Brett to put me onto the table and to lifted my leg and put them into this thing connected to the table, She had to cut my pants off but she left my underwear on. She gave me an ultrasound to make sure she can hear the baby heart beat, When she was done she put and IV into my arm and said that in 15minutes a male doctor would be coming to help me give birth to the baby. Another contraction hit me and I screamed in pain, Brett came and sat next to me and grabbed my hand. When another contraction hit me I gripped his hand tightly and I hear him let out a small whimper not from me gripping his hand but from how much pain I was in. 15minutes later Dr. Smith came in and cut off my underwear and put on some gloves and sat in a chair near my butt, This time Brett didn't growl.

"Is there anyone else that you want in here" He asked me

"Yes can you tell Scott to come in and tell one of the other ones to go home and get me some pants and underwear thank you," I said

He did as I asked and Scott came walking into the room, He told Brett and Scott to put on some gloves and a mask. He put to a mask and sat back down where he was before.

"On the count of three push," He said

"One," He counted

"Two," He said

"Three," He said

When he said three I pushed as hard as I could and let out a loud scream, He counted down again and I pushed. I felt my hole opening and I hissed in pain, He counted down again and I push with all my might and I felt something big come out of my hole. He told me that I'm almost there and I just needed to push a few more times, I don't think I can do it, It hurts so bad. He counted down again and I pushed as hard as I could at that moment just wanting this to be over. He counted down one last time and I push as hard as I could screaming and crying in pain and the next thing I heard was a baby crying and I smiled.

"Brett do you want to cut the cord," He asked Brett

"Yes," He said

Dr. Smith put clamps on the cord and Brett cut it, Dr. Smith took the baby and cleaned him. He wrapped a blanket around him and waded him. When he was done everything he handed me the baby, I looked down at my baby and rubbed his head. He made the cuties noise every, When he opened his eye I was stunned, He had the cuties blue eyes ever, I gave him to Brett and he smiled down at him. After a few minutes, Brett gave the baby to Scott and Scott smiled widely at the baby and played with the hair on the baby head. He had the prettiest light brown hair.

"What's the name of your baby boy," He asked

"Joey Talbot," I said

"That's a good name," He said

Dr. Smith said I would have to stay at the hospital for a couple days but I could fell myself healing already. When I was fully healed I told the doc that I wanted to go home. He opened the door and Theo came in with a pear of underwear and pant. I put them on and got up, Doc looked at me and smiled. We all walked out of the hospital and went home. When we got there I went to the baby room and put a pamper on my baby and put some clothes on him, I put on some little socks on his feet and picked him up. He yarned so I put him in his crib and he fell asleep almost instantly, I kissed his forehead and went to my room. Brett was waiting for me in my room, I walked over to my bed and laid down and he laid next to me and we went to sleep together.
