Secrets Hidden Ch. 9 Training Pt. 1

Sophia's POV

As my ragged breathing come to a calm and my tear filled eyes stopped watering I asked, "Train me to be an assassin." Keith looks at me in disbelief.

"I-I ca-," I cut him off.

"Teach. Me. I wanna find Red Mark, and get Ella back!!!" I scream in tears I was weak and I couldn't hold the salt water in my eyes. They just rolled down my cheeks.

"I don't have a say do I," Keith tries to say comfortingly as I wipe the stray tears.

"No, please, I get discharged tomorrow morning anyways, you could train me then!" I order him. He looks at me astonished.

"Fiiine," he breathes out. Then he goes back to thinking.

"Something wrong?" I ask him, he suddenly gets up.

"I forgot to mention, I watched the video footage of Ella, the thing is, she wasn't terrified as she was attacked. She was dragged away, but her eyes didn't show emotion, it was blank," He finishes off. I've never know Ella to hide emotions, especially a scared face, it doesn't seem right. All I know is that I want to save her.

"Hey kiddos, who are the kids standing by the door?" Aunt Matilda walks in.

I look over at Keith curious to what he'd reply. He looks at me then turns to Aunt Matilda.

"That's Violet and Aiden," Keith easily says. I guess he's not gonna say they're assassins just like-

"Ah, right the assassins, I'm guessing since they're here you've already told Sophia." I look at my aunt in disbelief, I mean, she even knew?!?!? What the....

Ok. Ok. To be fair, Keith did start when he was 15 and we didn't have our home yet. So I see. I internally groan.

"Well darling how are you holding up?" She asks as she walks to the right side of the bed.

"I'm fine, my bones feel okay, and figuring out your brother is an assassin is fantastic if you also add in the fact that your best friend got kidnapped without being afraid." I say sarcastically and cross my arms over my chest.

"Ella was kidnapped- no that-what?" She stumbles on her words in confusion. Her forehead creasing.

"Yeah, Keith is giving me training tomorrow after I'm discharged." I easily say.

"Why wait? We could have you discharged now," Aunt M, smiles at me as her eyes are sad and leaves the room. I'm guessing she's getting a doctor. As she left, both Aiden and Violet walked in.

"I didn't hear screaming, slapping, punching, nor arguing, you seem to be okay with this Soph," Violet says while leaning on the door with her arms crossed.

"It wasn't needed, I understand why Keith did that," I smile up at all of them and just purely laugh at Aiden.

He was on the floor giving it a hug and baby talking it. Figures.

"Hey could you help me train Soph?" Keith asks Violet, she stands straight up and salutes him meaning yes she would and smiles over at us.

"So why are we gonna train her?" Aiden says while sitting criss-cross on the ground.

"She wants to save Ella, and I can't have her get attacked by RM and not fight against them. Especially with Evan around now." Keith finishes and a doctor pops out from the door hitting Violet, Violet also hits the causing it to smack him in the forehead.

I couldn't help it I laughed out really hard and loudly. They all look at me as I die laughing. Violet then walks over to the couch and sits there staring at me ads I try to calm down.
