I looked at him as he started the car up. I needed to get the rest of them out of there. He stared at me as if waiting for me to speak.

"Oh. Right I need to get my friends out." I stated

"Alright I'll head over to the lab right? Dr. Mitchell's lab?" Jonathan asked.

"Yea." I told him

"Alright." He said and turned the country music up.

I looked out the window and watched as we drove down the road. Finally, after about two hours, we reached the destination.

Jonathan parked the car a mile away so we would be able to get in without being found out.

I groaned, "I hate long treks."

He smiled, "Stop complaining it's only a mile."

I glared at him, "I don't do running."

He chuckled, "But you are have super speed."

He started running towards the direction of the lab. I narrowed my eyes at him as I ran by his side. I could tell he had a smirk on his face trying to provoke me. I wasn't going to give in.

After a mile of running, Jonathan hunched over to catch his breath while I smirked at him. He ignored me.

"So, what's this about don't complain about a one mile run? Huh?" I taunted.

He glared at me, "Touche."

I smiled and punched him, "Lighten up a little, we're here."

He rolled his eyes and looked towards the barbed wire fence. I stared in the same direction and started towards it. His hand shot out and grabbed my arm. I looked at him in shock.

"Not yet. Wait for the guards to head to the next area of the fence. Then we can go through." He whispered in my ear and We got down on the ground.

We heard the cars starting up and going out of sight.

When the coast was clear, we tailed it to the fence. Luckily the fence wasn't on because they needed four minutes to recharge. I started pulling at the fence and was able to get a good grip. I ripped it apart and crawled under it.

Jonathan had more trouble. I sighed and grabbed his arms to pull him through. I started to hear a hum in the fence and panicked. I looked at Jonathan and pulled harder. Finally, with one more pull, I got him free, but it ended up me falling down on my back and him being pulled forward onto me. I slapped his shoulder.

"Y-you're crushing m-me." I wheezed.

He stared down at me and mumbled sorry before getting up. I took in a deep breath and sighed in relief.

I could see the electricity in the fence and cringed. If I hadn't gotten Jonathan freed in time he would be burnt flesh.

We walked towards the building stealthily. We avoided all the guards we could, but Jonathan started to lag behind. I sighed and grabbed his hand. He stared at me.

"What are you doing?" He inquired

"Just shut up and be quiet. Don't make any noise." I told him.

He was going to scream, but I clamped my hand over his mouth. He licked my hand and I gasped. I quickly pulled my hand away and wiped it on my pants.

"You are disgusting." I told him

He smirked, "Then you shouldn't have done that."

I rolled my eyes and sped towards the main doors. I wasn't going to slow down. He stared at the door and started to tug on my hair. I kept my focus, but heard his distress.
