Chapter 6: friends?

Marco POV

I took Star home because it was around dinner time and it taco Tuesday at my home.

"Well bye Marco, thanks for the fun" she said and open her door

"You to Star" I said and about to leave when Star grabbed my wrist and kiss me on the cheek.

"That's for ice cream" The she went inside.

Wow I can believe she kiss me. I ran home with a goofy smile on my face.

Went I got home my parents are doing something weird like always. I went to to kitchen to cook myself dinner and ran up stairs and wrote a letter to my self about today. And date it December 1, 2017. I continued dancing around my room like a 5 year old. 

"She Kiss Me She kiss Me" I keep screaming.

I flop on my bed

"she kiss me" I whisper to Max. He didn't care. Dumb dog but you got to love him. Soon my eyes feel droopy and went to sleep with a smile on my face.

The next day

"Good morning isn't live great" Then I kiss my mother cheeks

"Someone is in a good mood" My mom said. Ya you would know if you pay action more.

I ate a bowl of cereal and grab Max than left.

When I got to school went to put my stuff away when someone surprise 

"HEY MARCO" Star said singing like .

"h-hey Star" I said back. To be honest I was startled a bit. Then I notice someone different about Star she have her purple streaks in her hair

"S-star you change y-your hair"

"Ya I die it last night, do you like it?" She ask

"W-who wouldn't" I said with a smile. She smile back then a boy with long dark hair covering his eyes and head nodded with Star. I look at Star and she had hearts in her eyes.

"Oscar Greason isn't he gorgeous" Star said love struck. 

Absolutely not he look like the hair that clog in my tub, but the hair is more handsome. 

"Wait you have a crush on him"

"Why you ask"

"n-nothing I umm"Man now I feel dumb. She just look at me weird

"Well I got to go now bye Max" She pet my dog and left. Now I feel lonely and empty. Than I heard someone laugh.

"Tough break man" A boy with reddish pink hair close his locker close to mine. And man he was like so emo.

"huh"

"You think that Star Butterfly the most popular and hottest girl in school will like you, that hilarious bro" he said laughing

"What d-do -you me-mean" I said 

"He means that she only being nice to you cause you are new and she does that to everyone so don't fall for her, and trust us she doesn't have a crush on you because she likes Oscar Greason dude" A girl said closing her locker. She had short black hair with a beanie.

"yeah right you guys are just jealous because she hangs with me. We had ice cream together yesterday and we had our moments" I said smile remembering what happen yesterday.

"She probably feels sorry for you" the dude said

"W-why do you even cares anyway" I said

"We are just warning you bro cause we been there, and the name Janna and that's Tom" Janna said

"Marco and this is my dog Max"

"Whatever" Tom said

"TOM! Stop being a pain in the ass we need people like. What you name again" She ask me

"Marco?" I said

"Ya like Marco"

"Fine we talk to you later" Tom said then he left

"He just mad cause he also like Star who wouldn't" Janna said and ran to Tom

"WAIT! ARE WE FRIENDS!" I yelled

"SURE?" Janna replied and shrugged

I close my locker and went to my first period. math.

I find my seat. I see Star come in with every boy eyeing her, Tom was right she is breathe taking. Then she look at me and smiled and took the empty seat next to me. I blushed and look away and class starts. But it bugged me did Star real feel sorry with me is that's why she so kind or is it other reasons.  I glance over and I could tell she bored because she doodling stars on the cuffs on her jeans. Agh! why do you have to be so great and perfect. The day went by and it was lunch and I was still puzzled about what Tom said. I spotted them and walk up to them.

"Hey guys" I said to both of them

"What do you want?" Tom said. Janna glared at him 

"sorry" he said

"do you really mean what you said about Star being sorry for me?" I ask

"no I was just jealous cause she all over you, for now" He said whispering the last part.

"Well she is my neighbor" I said. Tom look at me shocked. I feel a little anxiety coming and I started breathing heavy and sweating like crazy. I pet Max's head

"Star Butterfly is your neighbor, god bless you" he said and stop and glares at me. My heart beats faster and I start to panicked

"y-yeah" I said. 

"Oh I see how it is" He smirk 

'What do you mean"

"Oh it's nothing" and left

"He scares me" I said

"Yeah trust me he a nice person once you get use to him, he just off sometimes" Janna said

I nodded

"Marco just to let you know she never falls for people like us, we are just weirdos and she popular you just a phase of the week" Then she left I look around and see Star at the popular's table talking to handsome guys and pretty girls, Janna was right she never falls for a creep like me.

Time Skip till after school

Man I had a day. Actually I don't remember most of it because I realize I have every class with Star. And she is very distracting. Man she is just so great. And when I walk by the drama room her voice was like an angel. 

I grabbed my stuff from my locker and mine business when someone...
