I came back to the realization of what just happened. Riggs was dead and Samuel was blacked out against the wall, still bleeding bad. I didn't know what to do. I was too scared to do anything, all of this happened because I wanted a change of fucking clothes. Riggs is dead because of me, Samuel is almost dead because of me, this is all my fault.

My body slid down the wall opposite of Samuel, as I watched his body lay there lifeless. I didn't know what to think. I could've helped him, but I was too afraid to grab him before Riggs did. I banged the back of my head repeatedly against the wall. "I'm so fucking stupid.." I kept repeating, when the headache started getting intense from banging my head into the wall, I stopped and busted out crying. I couldn't take it anymore, I eventually cried myself to sleep.

There he stood again, my father. Dressed in his all black suit and fedora just for show. The area around him seemed foggy and I couldn't make out the building behind him but it seemed like I knew what the building was, like, I've been there before. He withdrew his firearm from his jacket pocket, and shot me in the head. Which sent me flying backwards and landing on my ass.

I woke back up, here we are again. Graduation from Hope's Peak Academy, I looked up in the stand. No one was there, my mom wasn't there, my dad was gone, and my sister hasn't been home for weeks. When I got home from graduation it was just my dad there, I asked him where Corey was. "Business" He responded, "And mom?" I asked, "She went along for the ride."  He gave me a devilish grin and once again, shot his gun at me, before the bullet reached me the sounds of more gun fire echoed through my brain.

I woke up, to a pleasant sight. It was two soldiers and Dr. Smith. "Long time, no see there Emily." Smith said, extending her hand out to me. I took her hand in gratitude and she helped me to my feet. "What are you doing out in the halls? You should still be in the room with 049." She asked as she examined me over a little bit, to make sure I wasn't injured. "I know but, the door flung open and we decided to explore and then something happened and," I looked over at the wall  where 049 was laying, he wasn't there anymore. Neither was the blood stain. I was confused, really confused. "He was right there! Blacked out! I swear!" I pointed at the floor where his body used to lay, I started breathing in short breaths. I was going into a panic. Then once again the world started fading around me. "Take her to the Medical Bay, I'll go check on the Commander." I heard Smith say,  with that, I was thrown over one of the soldiers shoulder and carried away. The last thing I saw was Dr. Smith walking down the hall and crouching down over Riggs, and with that. The world went black again.

My eyes watched as the boats traveled the Thames River, I decided that I had enough that I go home to my father, and brother. Since mother died from the plague a few days ago. Father hasn't been himself lately and aside from that, my brother Adrian has been disappearing for days on end for the past few weeks which is very uncommon for him. But I've been trying to bring my father some hope, he knows I love him, he knows that I won't leave him or anything bad will happen to me. I hope that nothing will at least.

When I got home that afternoon, my father's colleague was there visiting with him. "Good Evening Emily." My father said, "Hi dad." I responded, taking my shoes off. My father stood up and lifted me up in his arms and extended one arm out to his colleague, "I'm pretty sure your familiar with Dr. Wright." The man then stood up and fixed his all black trench coat. "Please, just call me Samuel, we've addressed this Dr. Smith." He said as he continued fixing his coat. My father put me down and I walked over to the mask sitting in the floor by the chair Samuel was sitting in.

"Dad, whats that?" I asked pointing to the mask. Samuel crouched down to me and explained, "It's what me and your dad where so the public know we're plague doctors, and we can help them, and hopefully give them a cure for this disease." Samuel shot me a smile and picked up his mask, "Here, try it out for yourself kid." Samuel put the mask on me and rubbed my hair to mess it up. I giggled and hugged Samuel. "LOOK DAD! I'M A DOCTOR!" I said  excitedly. Samuel and my dad both laughed. "Right you are, now go get cleaned up for dinner. It'll be ready in a little bit." My dad said, "Okay!" I answered cheerfully, I took off Samuel's mask and rushed to the washroom.
