The Move

Maly and I went back to our apartment at ten o'clock on Sunday. We started packing up in order to move to our house in North Bend. We figured the sooner we move, the better. When we bought the house, our credit was as good as it could be. The house isn't too big for Maly, and it isn't too small for me.

Kayla told us that our wedding day is going to be in August 25th. I'm way too excited for the wedding day, and Maly found the plan to get her engaged to me was pretty clever. She is very happy that she got engaged to me, and I knew that after two to three years of dating, all would end well for us.

We'll be moving in a couple weeks if the packing process continues at this pace. We've both been taking our time off of work only to eat, sleep, and pack. It's been a bit stressful, but thankfully we pack while we're still fueled up.

Thinking about the wedding has slowed us down a little. I got both of our vehicles checked for the move because after all, when you take care of your car, it will take care of you. The Buick Regal and the Toyota Tundra got tuned up, so we're both happy that I got that taken care of. I threw out the stuff we no longer needed, and Maly packed everything else into the trailer and the truck.

We have two trailers; so Maly is able to pack up in one trailer in Spokane, whereas I can unload the other one in North Bend. Then, the trailer that Maly packs up will be unloaded in North Bend. We would pack the smaller things into the truck; such as clothing, shoes, silverware, some books, and picture frames.

We already packed up half of our home, and unloaded it all in just a week. Unless some work situation comes up, we should already be out by next week. We're both excited; but since Maly knows King County like the back of her hand, she has a reason to be excited. North Bend looks beautiful, so I'm pretty thrilled.

I looked up North Bend one time, and it looks awfully small. Oh well, I'd rather live there than Seattle. The crazy thing is that it's very close to Seattle, so North Bend might be a more popular city in the future.
