"JAI!!! ...JAI!!! ... Ughh wake up damn!"
Jai quickly pulled his hands from his boxers and wiped the slobber from the corner of his mouth. He looked up at his sister LO, who was standing over him with a half face of makeup and her phone glued to her hand.
Jai : "fuck is you yellin for" (he mumbled)
Lo: "wake your lazy ass up ... I'm leaving in 15 Minutes"
Jai : "okay ... (rolling over) why you telling me?"
Lo: "because mom said you have to Go Duhhh!"
Jai : "I don't care.. Dad said I don't"
Lo: "boy... (Rolling her eyes) MOM!!!!!! (She yelled) ... You never getting your phone back dummy.... MOM!!"
Jai : "get out my room with that snitchin shit"
Lo stayed in his room and used his mirror to apply her mascara while she waited on her mom. Seconds later a short curvy light skinned woman with long black hair came gliding through the door draped in diamonds, a Versace robe and a pair of fur heels.
LO: "mommy!!... Jai said dad told him he ain't have to go!"
She pointed at her brother who was hiding underneath the covers in his king size bed. He sat up and they began exchanging words and yelling over each other.
Jai : "SNITCH! I AINT say that!! .. He said if I don't feel good"
Lo: "YOU LYIN! You said you just ain't feel like goin"
Nicki: "AY! AY!! Enough... Jai get your ass up.. And be on time"
Lo stuck her tongue out in his direction and left the room.
Jai: (suckin his teeth) "ma... Do I have to? .. I'm tryna get in the studio and record today" (he whined)
Nicki: "with them grades... All you gonna be recording is re-runs of Sesame Street ... Now get up!"
He groaned and rolled himself out of bed. He looked out of his sunny bedroom window to his backyard and the miles and miles of trees and gardens. The landscapers were outside with their leaf blowers and lawn mowers making a lot of noise.
Finally making his way to the bathroom he stood and looked himself in the mirror. A tall slim kid with full cheeks and lips like his dad and his moms chinky eyes stared back at him. He washed his light brown skin, brushed some grease through his waves and got dressed. Jai picked out a brand new Bathing Ape jacket, Balmain jeans and a pair of BAPE PUMAS his dad designed. His mom had his phone so he set his gold Rolex to the keep track of time.
Down the hall Lo did a final check in her wall length mirror and was satisfied. She was dressed in a long yellow Moschino dress and a pair of puma creepers. Her long thick hair was down and naturally curled. Her winged eyeliner was perfect, she smiled at how much she looked like her mom. She applied a pink Mac gloss to her full lips and threw a blue Marc Jacobs backpack over her shoulders.
Downstairs was a typical Monday. The House chef, June, was preparing a hot breakfast and the housekeepers were scrubbing the marble floors. She found her mom in her office talking on the phone and walked in to kiss her goodbye.
