Chapter 21: First Fight

~Nash's POV~

I saw Cameron walking towards Acacia and I. He started walking closer and closer. I started freaking out when he began yelling at me.

"FUCK YOU NASH GRIER! YOU'RE THE BIGGEST BACKSTABBER EVER! FUCKING MY GIRLFRIEND BEHIND MY BACK AND THEN TELL ME ABOUT IT THINKING I WOULDN'T FIND OUT!!! I'M NOT FUCKING STUPID!!! AND YOU'RE GOING TO PAY FOR IT!!!" Cameron yelled.

I looked at him but didn't get to see him for even a slip second. That's when I was lying on the floor. Pain shooting on my cheek. I managed to get my body weight off of the floor and to my feet. I curled my fist and threw it where ever. I hit Cameron in the opposite cheek he hit me. I watched Cameron stumble back and getting mad. He threw a fist at me but I ducked in time. I then threw the next punch in his stomach. I heard Acacia screaming but ignored it. I kept throwing my closed fists. Pain shooting throughout my body.

"Naaasssshhhhhh!!!!!!!" Acacia yelled.

I felt as if I was in a movie. Everything seemed to be in slow motion. I was pulled away from someone. I broke free and ran after Cameron. I realized he was bleeding a lot. Once again I was pulled off of Cameron. I saw Acacia and Skylynn crying. That's when I snapped back to reality. I heard all the screams and cries coming from all around me.

I looked around and saw Cameron talking to a group of guys. Holding his jaw. He turned and looked at me. Blood splurring out of his mouth. My dad got in front of me. I just stared waiting for him to talk to me. I looked up and realized it wasn't my dad but a police officer.

"Put your hands behind your back. You're under arrest for assault." The officer said while grabbing my arms.

I looked at him confused. Then realized what he was doing. I heard my mom, Acacia, and Skylynn crying. My dad telling me to just corporate and everything will be okay. I looked up and saw Hayes. My little brother latched onto my mom, sister, and girlfriend trying to calm them down.

From the corner of my eye Cameron was in the same position I was in. Hands behind our backs, on our knees, heads down. What the fuck did I just get myself into? I kept saying to myself. I was picked up from my under arm to my feet. I then walked to the police car and got my head pushed down. I sat there staring at my mom crying. It broke my heart seeing her like that. Her son in the back of a police car in front of our whole church. Then I didn't see anything else but trees.

~Acacia's POV~

I cried harder when I saw the police car drive away with Nash in the back. I held Skylynn as she was crying too. Hayes was trying to calm us down. I held onto Mrs. Grier as she cried even harder. Mr. Grier put us in the car and took us home.

"Acacia do you mind watching Hayes and Skylynn while we go down to the police station to go figure out what's going to happen with Nash?" Mr. Grier asked.

"Of course." I said.

They left and all three of us sat on the couch. Skylynn laying her head on my lap. I played with her hair while staring at the blank TV. None of us said a word. Until Skylynn said she was hungry. I whipped up something for us to eat. When we finished we went back to the living room.

"I hope he's okay." I said.

"Why did Nash go with the cops?" Skylynn asked.

"Well Nash got himself in a little bit of trouble. He didn't make a good choice so he has to face the consequences."

"Don't worry Sky. Mom and Dad are going to bring him home." Hayes said.

"Hopefully he comes home." I said.

That's the end… of the chapter! Hope you guys like it. I cut my studying time in half for you guys. But I love this story and writing it so it worked out.
