Grayson's POV
I woke up to the feeling of my wrists burning. Vervain. I looked down to see I was tied to a chair in a huge room.
"Is anyone there?" I yelled trying to get out of the chair.
Ariana. Was Ariana okay, did she get hurt?
Then all the sudden Justin walked in. He then locked the door behind him.
"I didn't wanna do this to you Grayson, but I had no choice" Justin said walking up to me.
"What did I do?"
"You fed on a woman"
"Cause I was mad, but I healed her" I said.
"That doesn't cut it"
I tried getting out of the chair again.
"There's no use, it's covered in vervain" Justin said.
Then all the sudden Justin stuck a piece of wood in my neck.
"That should shut you up"
Justin kept sticking wood in me, I was in so much pain. The torture went on for hours.
As soon as Justin was gonna put wood in my heart he stopped at the sound of screaming.
Justin put down the wood and walked out of the room saying "I'll be back".
After 3 minutes Ariana came running into the room.
"Oh my god Grayson"
I couldn't talk I was in too much pain.
"What do I do?!" Ariana said freaking out.
"J-just take out the wood" I managed to get out those words.
Even though it would be painful I had to, to survive.
Ariana started pulling out the wood and she kept repeating "sorry". After a few minutes she got out all the wood.
"The ropes" I said.
Ariana undid the ropes. I struggled to get up. But Ariana rushed to help me up. For some reason I was still in pain.
When Ethan was fighting everyone Ariana took me out to the car. She quickly took a blood bag out of her bag and gave it to me.
"No" I said not making eye contact.
"Grayson, drink" she said handing it to me.
"Please" she said.
Even though I felt disappointed drinking that I was drinking someones blood in front of Ariana but I had to, to survive. Then Ethan came out quickly of the building.
"Where's Justin" Ariana asked.
"He escaped, I couldn't get him but I got the other hunters" Ethan said.
"Oh okay " Ariana replied.
"You okay? Ethan asked me patting my back.
"Yeah" I said.
Ariana drove us home.

As soon as we walked inside I walked to the couch to sit down. Ethan went upstairs to go to bed. Ariana walked over to fire place and turned it on. I walked over to the mirror to try to get out a piece of wood out of my neck.
"You okay?" Ariana asked walking up to me.
"Yeah, I just think I got a piece of wood"
"I got it" Ariana said putting down my hands.
"No Ariana you don't nee-"
"I got it" Ariana said looking into my eyes.
After a few minutes Ariana managed to get out the wood.
"There we go, all better" Ariana smiled.
"Thank you" I said to Ariana.
"For what?"
"Well for saving me and not killing me" I chuckled.
"Oh yea" Ariana laughed.
Ariana looked down.
"Hey, what's wrong?" I said lifting her chin with my hand.
"It's my fault, it's my fault you got hurt" Ariana said crying.
"No, no it's not your fault at all" I said pulling Ariana into a hug.
"I love you Grayson"
"I love you too"
"AWWWWWW" Ethan yelled from his room upstairs.
"Shut up Ethan" I said laughing.
Ariana laughed.
"Well we should get to bed if we're going to school tomorrow"
"Yeah" I replied.
