Nikki had Cake help her into her gown. The elegant blue silken taffeta dress hugged her figure.
"Sugar, you are the bee's knees! The prettiest girl I've seen yet!" Cake exclaimed.
"Definitely right there Cake!" Fiona agreed.
Her dress was just as beautiful as she was.
"You look amazing Fi! Flame prince sure is lucky" Nikki commented her bestie.
The three walked the short distance to the castle.
Upon arrival, Marshall could be seen with Jodie and Gumball was with a candy girl.
Her hair was a caramel brown, pale orange skin, and bubblegum pink eyes.
She was wearing a gown that was assorted pastel hues. Little candies were sprinkled on her attire.
"Hey PG, who's this?" The girls all asked.
"This is Eclair Del Cremia" Gumball introduced.
She smiled and waved shyly.
After getting somewhat aquainted, the party entered the ballroom.
The evening went well. Nikki danced with multiple princes and was enjoying herself.
Soon enough, Eclair and Jodie had walked over to the princess.
"Hi girls, having fun?" She greeted.
"Can we talk with you?" Jodie asked.
"Of course"
"In private" Eclair added.
The three stepped out onto the balcony.
"Is something wrong?" Nikki was confused.
"We know you have feelings for them"
"What? I don't know what you're talking about"
"We aren't stupid"
"Please there's no need to get worked up about this"
"They know about it too. Everyone does. They want you to know that you mean nothing to them nothing"
"That's not true. we're friends!"
"Then why haven't they spent any time with you tonight. Fiona has gotten more attention than you have"
They each walked over to their date and kissed them. Sadly enough they looked to be enjoying it as well.
Nikki couldn't handle it. She ran towards the doors, dashing past Fiona, Cake and the guys.
Before she could leave, Cake grabbed her arm.
"Hun, what's wrong? What happened?"
Before she could answer, Marshall had finished singing a song.
"Thank you everybody, you've been a great audience. Would anyone else like to take a shot at the mic?"
Nikki waltzed over and stepped on stage.
"I've got a song for ya!" She said staring emotionless at her two best friends.
(Song start. Rewrite of just your problem)
La da da da da
Go ahead and bury me in the ground
La da da da da
I'm already drowning in the sound
The colors have drained away from my face
I've gotta-Oh do you not like that?
Or do you just not like me!?Sorry I'm not comparable to a goddess
Is that what you wanted from me?
Sorry I couldn't be perfect
Were my flaws too much for you?
Sorry I'm not made of sugar
Was I too bitter to you?Is that why I was avoided?
I must have such a pain to youWell I'm just a problem
I'm not your problem
It seems I'm a burden to you, aren't I?
I'm just a problemWell I~
Shouldn't have to justify what I'm about to do
I~
Won't be here to trouble youI'm sorry that I exist
I forgot what made me like thisBut I~
Wanted to spend more time with youBut, I must do....what I have to
I'm just a problem, gone from your life!
(Done)
She left the stage and ran from the castle. She went back to the treehouse to change and pack her bag.
Clothes, shoes, food, water. Her bag was slung onto her shoulder as she walked deep into the woods.
Gumball and Marshall we're furious with their dates and ordered them to leave and never return.
When they had followed Fiona and Cake back to the treehouse, they were horrified to find out that they were too late.
Banana guards were called to search for her as they themselves scoured the wooded area.
