*Jack's POV*

My.

I was wrong for talking about her father to be a nice person. Don't get me wrong, he is nice. But he is very intimidating and protective over his daughter.

"Let's go wait at the back. I'll picked you some fresh fruit." She said, grabbing my hand and jogged to the door which I believe would lead us to the back of this house.

I was mesmerized by the house. It's a pretty big house and so original. The blocks and furniture is like an old fashioned, but feel homie.

Once again, I am starstruck with this house. Can this house amaze me more than I am already right now?

"Wow." I stated. My jaw probably drop down until it hit the ground. "I never seen a house like this." I say. I take my eyes off the paradise in front of me to my paradise beside me.

Her little hair flying in the air, making her face covered with them. Not the full face, just the slightest part. It's make her aura come out even more in this midday.

"Do you like orange? I could get you some orange fresh from the tree." She turns to me. She caught me staring at her, but that didn't stop her from looking back at me. The shine shining to half of her face, I can see the dust flying in the air through the shine. Faded my view on her.

"Yes, please." My mouth move according to my mind. I feel like my mouth moves itself.

"You can sit at the picnic table while I get you some." She said, eyeing the table near the barbecue kitchen.

"Okay, get me the freshest orange." I smile affectionately.

"I'll get you the best one." I almost loose the ability to breathe. Her smile took my breath away. Just a small smile gesture, I lost it. For her.

I watch her as she walk further to the big land. When she walks, her hips naturally sway like a goddess. I could imagine a wings on her back. The biggest wings I've ever seen in the world. She is like a lost angel, fallen right to my heart.

She is back with two oranges in her hands. One on the left and one on the right. She walk to the table I sitted on and take a seat in front of me.

"Just two?" I arch my eyebrow at her.

She put one orange in front of me and the other one on her. "The fertilizer is expensive. You can only get one." She said in a serious tone, but with playful facial.

I laugh at her pronunciation. I know how American and British people say some words differently.

"Okay. Fine with me." I take the orange in my hand and observe the orange. A really nice O shaped, the orange color is on point. Not too dark and not to pale. The orange is like how we buy it from the supermarket.

"Something wrong?" I look up from the orange in my hand to look at her. I shook my head, indicating nothing is wrong while smiling faintly.

I peel off the orange skin, clean the fiber, eat the fruit one by one.

About half an hour passed. Olivia excuse herself to check on the pie. Now that I left alone here, sitting on the picnic table with one orange left. I do want to eat this last one, but I'm afraid I will run out of the orange. I'm not ready for them to run out yet.

"Hey, the pie is ready. I'm going to deliver them to the store."

"How will you delivered them?" I asked, looking up at her from my seat.

"Carry them to the store?" She answer, but turns out to be like asking.

"You carry them all by yourself?"

"Yes." She nods.

"I'll help you then. I won't let an angel carry the pies alone." I said, getting up from my seat.

She seem stunned with what I have just said. But I turn her around and walk towards the door to the house.

Olivia asked me to help her pack the pie to a box. She pull the pie out from the over and I packed the pie. We work as a team and it took us faster than she usually were. She admitted herself.

"Thank you for the help. I really appreciate it." She smiles softly to me as we walk out from her house.

"It's no problem at all. I love doing this. I do this because I want to, so don't sweat it. We're cool." I said.

"So, you were here for a vacation. Why choose Bakewell from all the cities in England?" I glance at her and back to the street again. Carrying two plastic bag each hand with big boxes, well, it's not that hard. But I don't want to ruin the pies.

"I was honestly in a break from touring. The last tour was in Manchester. So I took recommended from my fans to go to Bakewell. They say it have the best pudding and pie. I come cross with your store and fell in love with your pie and pudding and also I'm amazed with your house. Couldn't imagine any better."

A shock expression written all over her beautiful face. Does she not know who I am before I told her?

"That's why your name sounded familiar." She mumbled. "So you are a singer?"

"Yes."

"I'm sorry, I didn't recognize you. I believe I have heard your name somewhere in the store. Maybe it was one of your fans." She says. I kind of glad that she didn't recognize me. I don't even want her to know me as a singer. I want her to know me as myself. I don't want her to get exposes by the paparazzi.

I have the urge to protect her in any way and claim her as mine. When I claimed her as mine, I can protect her as much as I could. She is too precious to be destroyed.

"You don't have to apologize." I shot her a smile, a greatful smiled.

Our hands are full. We can't even opened the door to her store. People are busy eating and the other employees is serving the customers.

Olivia turn to look at me, asking for solution. But I don't have one. Both of us is stuck.

Then a miracle come. We heard the door being opened. Olivia broke to a bright smile.

"Thomas, thank you so much." She said to the guy whose smiling back to her.

"No problem, Liv. It's been a long time since I have seen you. I've been busy with work. Should we catch up some other time?"

"Of course. Just let me know when, I'll be there." Olivia said. "By the way, thanks again for opening the door." She held the plastic bag higher to show him her point. Which the guy return by a smile and gesturing to get in.

I was invisible for a few minutes there. Just listening to their conversation. Olivia and the guy named Thomas seem close to each other.

The tingled sensation in my heart start to come out. It felt weird as the same time my protectiveness showed. I just want to shoved the guy out of her view, so they could not have a nice chitchat.

Why Olivia?

♡♡♡

Please vote, it would mean the world to me. It's probably just basic, but that's the truth.
