Weirdly, I was working when Thomas came. He greeted me, said he was going to sit and that's it. He didn't order a thing, even I offered him something. He just shrugged them away and insist to just sit. So I let him be.
When it nears my end shift, I saw Alisha and Kimmy walks in to the store hand in hand, smiling ear to ear. This is so suspicious. They even waved at me before sitting down on Thomas' table. Yeah, something is definitely up with them.
Seeing the three of them in one table is rare, like it will happened once a year, guess what, they did. It's been several months.
Before I get ready to leave, I approach their table. Like always, with a note and a pen in my hands. I give them a weird look. As I get closer to their table, Alisha shooing the others. That is giving me a strange vibe.
"Can I give you guys anything?" I ask, looking from Alisha to Kimmy to Thomas. Even I have asked him, maybe he have changed his mind. Who knows.
"Yes, honestly. We want you to get ready." Thomas said. I lift my eyebrow at him, like really?
"And hurry." Addded Alisha.
"Like, right now." Again, added Kimmy.
The three of them look at me like they are waiting. Expecting me to run and go, do as they said.
I chuckles looking at their serious look. "Alright. I'll be right back." I turn and walk to the back of the store. I take off my apron and hang it on the usual hanger.
"Mom, I'll be on my way. They are here." I said, pointed my hand back to the front where they all sit together. She looked at me knowingly. Did she know that they are coming here?
"Go, sweetheart. Have fun." She said, waving at me. I just didn't mind her anymore, I don't care if it's her doing, I'm happy see my friends again.
I grab my sling bag as I make my way back to the front store. I wave Dianne goodbye happily as I make my way out of the counter.
"So?" They look at me for a second, getting up from their seats and immediately hug me, except Thomas. The hug long the longest to say for a hug. I misses their bad jokes as a faces so much.
"Let's go." Thomas is the first one to walk off. The three of us followed behind. I don't know where we are going, but I follow them anyway.

Kimmy drive the car, Thomas on the passenger seat, Alisha and I on the back. The radio turned on, the windows down.
Welcome to Sheffield
That I know where we are going after seeing the sign. We are in Sheffield.
"Buckle up, girls. The journey just begin." Thomas said, looking through the back mirror. We nodded our head, pulling up the window.
Kimmy drive to the city. Our first destination is the wheel of Sheffield. It could be spotted from miles away. Because it's a huge ferris wheel. Just like the London Eye, but it's in Sheffield.
Finding the parking spot is not that hard. So we easily get a lot for our car and we can enjoy the journey. All of us get out of the car. As soon as we all out, I hug Kimmy from the back. It's good to get back together like this. I start to get lonely in Bakewell all alone.
Kimmy pressed our face together. She have a happy smile on her face, so am I. We are smiling at each other, ear to ear.
"Let's go, ladies. I'll take care of everything, except for.... food." Thomas show a pointer finger to the air. He smirks watching Alisha priceless expression. We all know Alisha will drop to her knees for food.
"I haven't had lunch, Thomas." Alisha start to play her trick, which we all know it would fail immediately. She gives him an adorable puppy eyes. Well, to me it is adorable.
"Yeah, fuck off." Thomas walk passed her. She grumbled, because her trick never works on him. Kimmy and I laugh at her misery, kind of.
We followed Thomas and get in the line to get in to the ferris wheel. There is two groups ahead of us. But it's not that quick to get in to the wheel.
"I missed seeing the city from above. So artsy." Alisha commented. We all are agree with her. It's been a long time since we have fun like this. I really missed my friends. No matter how much I've said it, I still miss them so much.
"Ah, I can spotted your infamous store from up there. So cool, right? We are literally in Sheffield." Kimmy clapped her hands in glee. The fact that, yes we can spotted my store from the ferris wheel. But all you can see is just the medium flag of, you know, Hogward. She was just mocking the flag, we all knew it. It was our doing, long back then.
"Yeah, right." I sarcastically muttered.
"Please watch out your step before steeping in to the wheel." We heard the crew man who is guarding the door wheel said.
Us girls hurriedly and almost tripped on one another's foot just to know who's getting in first. We act like a little girls, but we love racing and dares each other.
We laugh as the crewman warned us and a bit concern, but we made it through at the same time. Then Thomas walked in after us, just shaking his head. Amused by our childish act.
The crewman shake his head too, but not amused like Thomas, he was just can't stand us. But reluctantly closed the door of our wheel.
The ferris wheel move, slowly.
I sit with Thomas and Kimmy with Alisha. They talk animatedly to each other, catching up their long lost time together.
"So, where's that guy? What's the deal with him?" Suddenly, Thomas asked. Making me turn to him and raised an eyebrow at him.
