Chptr 8: Lunchtime

"So ladies, do we want Panda...McDonalds..what?" Sunniva asked. "Ya know...we could always walk across the street to that Nandos." I added to the question. Having only heard of it before we actually got here, Sunny and I have been addicted to Nandos since we've been here. "Syd? Do you want to?" Sunniva asked. "Sure I don't care." Yes!! I was actually scared she would say no. "Hopefully there'll be less teenage girls screaming for a pic with you Sunny." I playfully added. "Hey I'm not the only one here who gets asked to take pictures." She said looking at the rest of us. This was true. For some odd reason some fans of the boys would sometimes ask for pictures with us. I guess you could call it "guilty by association." I could understand wanting one with Sunny..seeing as how she had her own band and whatnot. But it amazed me especially when they asked ME for a picture. Not only was I not famous..but I wasn't even dating one of the boys. It amazed me that I was even recognized. I'd only been in the tabs maybe once or twice for being seen with Mike or Luke in public. Being a past fan myself, I knew who the hardcore fans were. The ones who spend way too much time blogging about them..stalking them. I've been there myself. Sydney too. Having seen countless pictures of myself on different fan Twitters, Instagrams and tumblrs, they would have to be the only ones to really recognize me. Its a weird feeling, knowing that there are at least thousands of people out there who know your name and face, yet you have no clue who they are. I was getting lost in my thoughts before I realized that we were finally sat down in Nandos, and the questions began. "Ok I know how much you hate being questioned but...we've got to know about this thing between you and Luke." Sydney stated. "Yea! I can't believe out of everyone you didn't even tell ME." Sunny stated. "I'm sorry..he and I were both drunk and I didn't feel the need to bring it up." "YOU BANGED LUCAS AND DIDN'T FEEL THE NEED TO BRING IT UP?!" Sunny exclaimed, nearly shouting. "Shh!! Damn! people can hear you ya know?!" I whispered aggressively. "You know I don't give a shit..now tell us..everything that you didn't 'feel the need' to bring up." I'll be honest I love Sydney. But one thing I really can't stand about her, is her loud mouth. She has no filter and no regard for other people's privacy half the time. The other girls however didn't seem to mind. Sunniva seems to find it amusing at times. Every once in a while she'll glance at Sydney's mouth while she chews and she'll let out small chuckles shaking her head. I guess I'd better be getting some of these questions out of the way. "Ok so where do I start?" I asked after taking a sip of my soda. "Erm how about with Luke. When exactly did you hook up? And how did this happen?! I'm so confused!! You two don't seem like the type to pull off a backseat hook up." Syd said, chuckling as she looked to the other girls to see their expressions. " Ok, this is gonna sound really bad but, it was the night that Sunniva and I very first met them. She was dancing with Ashton and Lexi was dancing with Michael. So I was left standing at the bar alone until Luke came up and started talking to me. Long story short we drank, danced, snogged..we were drunk..blah blah blah. Erm, anyway it wasn't too long after we'd been making out in the booth..he just got up and tugged my hand along, and we basically ran to his car..and..well we snogged for a bit more and since I was already straddling his lap in a mini dress..I mean it wasn't very difficult to pull off a maneuver like that. Leaves little to the imagination really." I laughed nervously at the end of my answer. Lexi scoffed at the bluntness of my reply. "Was he any good?" Sunny questioned. "Um
I mean, it wasn't the best..but in his defense, there really wasn't a whole lot of free space to move around in and we were both a bit sloppy...I mean he and I were pretty drunk." "Well I guess I can see where you'd wanna keep this a secret." Sydney added. The other two giggling to themselves. "So does he remember it?" Sunny asked. I nodded. "Oh my, how do you know? Did you ask him?" Lexi continuing questioning. "Well the next morning..well afternoon..I woke up pretty late, anyway I had a few texts and one of them was Luke saying telling me to call him when I woke up. So I called him and he basically just wanted to confirm that what he thought happened last night (the hook up) really happened and that he didn't just dream it." "L..O..L" Sunny spelled out, laughing pretty hard at my shame. "So..lets say hypothetically Luke did ask you on a date..would you accept?" Sydney asked. "Oh god..I don't know..Why?" I breathed uneasily before Syd practically muttered, "Because I just texted him.." "WHAT?! WHY?!" I choked on my drink. They completely ignored my questions as Syd continued with, "He's wondering if Friday you'd like to go to the Sundance music festival.." "But the Los Angeles.." I added, confused. "Yea so..apparently he wants you to fly over there with him." I let out a heavy sigh. Why would she do this to me? If I say yes Mike will get the wrong idea and think that I'm after Luke. If I say no I'll have to hurt Luke's feelings. But wait, why am I taking Michaels feelings into such consideration? According to him he hates me. In my mind I know he doesn't hate me. If anything, I think he really truly likes me and is in complete denial because he's still too hurt over Pria to admit it even to himself. He claims that he'll never be able to trust let alone love another woman in his life, but if that were all true, why would he be telling me (the girl he supposedly despises) all of this? This is why I have made Michael a sort of personal challenge of mine. I will make him admit to himself and me that he loves me like I love him. After much thought I told her to just go ahead and text him back saying that I'd be glad to go with him. I was hoping for some sort of miracle that Michael wouldn't find out about this.

classes so I can graduate
this year and stuff. Lol
anyway I'll be updating at
least three more times

seem like alot in seven
days but it's the best I can
